Excellence customer service, will go the extra mile to get you in a vehicle. They put the customer first, Mike and Eric were great, a pleasure to work with, I left very satisfied, Both made the deal possible when I had given up hoping to buy the truck any where. I had tried for months at other dealerships to get one, and was unsuccessful. Not only did they get me the truck, but set the financing exactly as I asked. I will always be grateful for Darell Waltrip and their sales staff.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Brannon was my salesperson and he made sure that everything was ready to go when I arrived. I drove 70 miles to this particular dealership and I am so happy that I did. I will definitely buy from them again!

I was sold an Oil change service for $450.

I was sold an Oil change service for $450.00 without being told about it. I live 200 miles from the Dealership. The next morning I emailed the salesman John and Eric who prepared my paperwork and have yet to get a response. I call and spoke with Darell about the situation. I told him that I wanted to cancel the Oil Change contract, and I wanted my $450 plus the sale tax I paid on that money. This dishonesty was totally unnecessary. They both knew that I was mailing back the Title and extra key fob for my trade because I live 200 miles away. I wouldn't recommend anyone during business with those guys. I almost had a pleasant experience until I reviewed my paperwork. The things people will do for money is mind blowing. Now I have wait to see if and when I get my money back.

I was very impressed with this dealership.

I was very impressed with this dealership. Alexander Beason was wonderful to work with - very knowledgeable and was a great communicator and great follow up. I ordered my vehicle so the communication on the process was very much appreciated. On my first visit Alexander made me feel at home and General Manager Lawrence Martin walked me through the service department and I knew I dealing with good people who value customer service like I do. This was a great experience and I will be recommending them from now on!
