Great experience. I got a better deal than I anticipated without having to negotiate at all. I was treated very well by the staff and could not be happier with my new car.

We had a challenging issue with a non-operative vehicle

We had a challenging issue with a non-operative vehicle and the searching for a new car took a while, but at no fault of the dealership. Their tenacity in working with us to find a new vehicle was admirable. Once the car arrived, then the final stages went smoothly, and the team was informative and took the time to explain the function and accessories of the vehicle

At age 74 I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime!

At age 74 I have bought a lot of vehicles in my lifetime! My recent experience with Darrell Waltrip GMC was by far my best buying experience ever! The hospitality was great and getting to know Tevin and Kyle was my honor! I highly recommend these folks. I will be back!

I actually had a vehicle in mind - Honda - But because

I actually had a vehicle in mind - Honda - But because Roman responded to me right away, when I asked if the GMC Buick dealership had access to Hondas he provided me with a list of availabilities numbering about 22 vehicles. That was impressive. We had a full schedule planned for Saturday and my husband was not eager to come with me to look for a vehicle. Roman showed me a couple of options online, we sat in one and I purchased it. I actually had a Honda Civic or Accord in older models on my list. This vehicle was a Honda CRV and exactly the thing we needed because my husband is 6'4 and I want him to be able to drive my car too. My reluctant car shopper husband had nothing but compliments for Roman and his ability to meet and exceed our needs. We really appreciate Roman and Darrell Waltrip Buick GMC.
