So in addition to a horrible car buying experience the dealership has denied doing business with me so I purchased a vehicle the truck I purchase didn't make it a mile from the lot without the check engine light coming on then proceeded to break down on my way home from Las Vegas but dealer was nice enough to pick the vehicle up from me and tell me they would fix everything but when the vehicle was returned 30 days later the vehicle had been scratched by the tow company they hired as well as missing bolts and parts for the emissions system that they repaired I have resorted to this review due to the fact I have been ignored hung up on loan off and left on Terminal hold and Robert the manager refuses to speak to me and yes I have a purchase contract from LV cars I did do business with this company I recommend no one else does oh yeah and my exhaust fell off today real high-quality vehicles yes I have pictures

This is hands-down the ultimate worst buying experience I've ever had I purchased a truck from LV cars and traded in my vehicle the vehicle I purchased didn't make it a mile from the store before a check engine light came on in addition while driving home the truck completely broke down and had to be towed to my home but dealer agreed to repair it after 30 days I finally received my truck back from the dealer missing bolts missing parts and scratched from the tow company that pick the vehicle up now after having my vehicle for 3 days the exhaust literally fell off of the truck I've been lied to I've been ignored I've been blown off and hung up on numerous times because Robert the sales manager and part owner does not want to deal with me he will talk a good game and tell you he's fixing everything when in reality he's doing everything he can to Mickey Mouse your vehicle and to get you to shut up stop talking and the kicker I had to make a payments on the vehicle I traded in as well as the vehicle I just purchased for the first month of ownership well not being in possession of either one due to the fact there office staff is either incompetent or just lazy I would warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership to look elsewhere keep in mind this dealer has four different Lots in Las Vegas and Pahrump they are the ultimate definition of a hole in a wall used car lot overpriced crap is what they're slinging anyone would be a fool to do business with this dealership or any of its partner dealerships consider yourself warned good luck

Excellent buying process from start to finish. Robert sales manager got us a great rate and and was professional from start to finish. Thank you Robert , Sandra, and Armando for your excellent customer service. I highly recommend purchasing your next car from them. They will all help you and give you 100% of their time to make you feel welcome and comfortable in purchasing a car.

Bad inspection with the Manager Rude dont have customer skills look like a thug with flout languages not a Manager type of person i ever seen at dealer

Called in about a used F250 and spoke with Luis about purchasing it. I was almost ready to agree on the deal when he said he needed a 500$ deposit to hold the truck. I said ok no problem. He told me....oh there is someone test driving it right now so I have to make sure they are not making a deal on it. I was like wait a second I am already further along in the deal than a test drive. Why should this so called person get precedence over me. He did it so I would agree on the deal right then and there. Luis was like...ah we have to do that since there is so much interest on the truck....ok the car has been on CarGuru for 120+ Days and all of a sudden there are a bunch of people calling on it. They have yet to sell it. I felt like he was playing games so I told him I am out. Of course Luis and his “manager” called me several times to try to make a deal. Boy am I glad I didn’t. I do not recommend purchasing anything from here unless you like playing games!

I found this dealership to be outstanding in the areas of service and maintenance. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends without hesitation, knowing they'll receive nothing less than 100% satisfaction.

Todd, my salesman, was really helpful. I didn't think I could get financed but thank god i did!
