After a pleasant drive to Silver Spring, we had the most pleasant automotive purchasing experience! This small and personable dealership has a variety of luxurious used vehicles and very knowledgable for all makes and models. We were able to test drive many different vehicles which helped us make our final decision. We drove away with a wonderful Panamera at a wonderful price! Big dealerships have big prices. Tim and his staff were courteous, knowledgeable and several thousand dollars less than those flashy, high pressure dealers. Take the time and check them out, you won't regret it.

I have been searching online for almost 3 months when I interested in the BMW 328i. I came across Universal Auto Group on the internet. I drove there last Saturday and looked at their cars. I usually dread buying a car, but the service at Universal Auto Group was awesome. As a customer, I could not be happier with the experience. There was no pressure to buy anything. All of the vehicles were well maintained and are of great value considering the prices; high end without the high end price tag! All of the staff went out of their way to help me make the best choice to suit my needs.They even brought my car to me. Who could ask for more?
