HIDDEN DEPOS/FEES

He won't even give me my deposit back he didn't even tell me he required one and I couldn't find the HIDDEN reserve fee either!!!

DO NOT GO TO this dealership they're scamming people.

DO NOT GO TO this dealership they're scamming people. I just brought jeep grand Cherokee form this dealership , I drove back home about 100 miles next day check engine light came on,went to o'reilly had some code showing, I called nick he said take to dealership or somewhere do diagnose it, it's cost me 150$ he said diagnose doesn't cover by us, found out Evap leak and coolant thermostat was bad had cost me $600+tax ,after calling nick whole week they agree to send me a check for $325 , drove another 200 miles check engine light came back on, went to diagnose cost another $150 they said bad cat converter bank 2 need to replace it , repairing cost $2500 parts and labor , after send him several emails never get response back then I called they refused to fix it nick said that doesn't cover ,we can't fix this ,wow selling bad cars just to run business,this business is a joke .

Great Dealership

I had been looking for a certain vehicle(model,color etc) I stumbled onto Naperville Auto Haus and couldn't be happier. Nick is the "Real deal" I was purchasing the car on-line and was apprehensive but after a few discussions with Nick my concerns were removed. He stayed in constant contact with me and represented the vehicle perfectly. I would recommend this dealership 1000%

Great place to buy a vehicle

Drove 3 hours to purchase a BMW series , Nick was my salesperson everything went well the vehicle was in the showroom cleaned up, Nick was very helpful and easy to work with, overall was a great experience, staff was freindly, they actually negotiated on the price, thanks Nick for putting me in a great vehicle

I purchased a used vehicle from Nick. Nothing, but...

I purchased a used vehicle from Nick. Nothing, but misinformation and total lack of integrity. I have had to put almost $20,000 into the Maserati Quattroporte s. They sent me $1,000 to try and satisfy my complaints which is a total joke. They have zero integrity and customer focus. They promised me a vehicle that had been through a total inspection. I would never ever buy a car from them and starting legal action and contacting the BBB. They have an awful reputation and total lack of integrity.

Satisfied customer

They have some great cars. I wish I could buy a few. I bought a 1979 Nova. Fair price. The buying process was great. I received exactly what they said it was. Very great talking to Joe. I almost forgot it was a business and not friends talking about cars. Check them out. I bet if they don't have what you are looking for they will find it.

False promises

Hello my name is Carlos my wife purchased a vehicle there and the salesman promised us a 2nd set of keys. They mentioned that it would arrive in the mail 2 weeks after purchase. So 3 weeks after the keys were still not getting home so I called them and they gave me the runaround a good 6 times. So finally I spoke to a guy named Nick keep in mind this is 2 months after the purchase now and said he checked and there was never a 2nd set of keys and he couldn’t do anything about it. This was very unprofessional and bad business , very disappointed and would not go back!!

fantastic dealer ship. Bought a 2012 X5. The price was the best I have seen, the car is fantastic, Mike the automobile consultant was professional, clean environment, friendly, no pressure. I would say that this was the best experience I ever had buying a car. Thank you Mike

achat corvette 1984

la voiture était en principe irréprochable!! l'alternateur est en panne ainsi que la direction assistée. La batterie est hors service. Le peu d'essence que la voiture contient est pourrie!!!! Nettoyage du réservoir du carburateur et du circuit à nettoyer, filtres à changer. Aucune réponse à mon mécontentement!!
