I have been buying cars cash and financed for over 40 years and this was by far the best. For three weeks my son and I drove all over the greater Chicago-land area looking for a Mercedes Benz C class or E class vehicle. Many of the dealers were misleading or outright liars just to get us to drive over to their stores. We shopped in some wicked Chicago Winter weather, snowstorms , freezing rain and subzero cold. We were serious buyers and had set a goal of buying a car within three weeks. The 2003 C240 we found here was by far the best vehicle we saw and test drove. Our salesman , Ron, was great...cordial, helpful and informative. He seemed to really care about our situation. When it looked like the deal might not work. He and Carl found a way and made it happen. My son and I are very happy with our purchase and would definitely come back again. The showroom was very clean, well organized and well lit. Overall A+ experience. Thanks!

Selling Cars To The Next Generation
After speaking with Karl, he was upfront about everything we were getting into. I purchase vehicles site unseen and normally there are a few issues that I am never told about and must discover at delivery. The vehicle I purchased had a small cut in the seat and I knew about it upfront, with pictures, thanks to full disclosure. Instead of pushing to get me into the dealership, he took the time to answer my questions, send me pictures, and walk me through the process without getting impatient. The entire experience was great and the vehicle was the highest quality I found for the same year/mileage make that I was looking at. He didn't go above and beyond because what other people would see as "above and beyond" is actually his normal. You WILL get treated fairly and drive away in a vehicle that you like. If you are trying to decide between this and another dealership for similar vehicles, Napperville Auto Haus tips the scale in their favor based on how they operate.

2005 Chevy Corvette Mag Red
Went online found a local dealer with the color Vette I wanted! Called up went in and it was sitting in the showroom, Mike helped me only to find out when they billed me out he was the owner, super nice people and super clean cars at a great price! A++

Amazing customer service experience!
Last week I purchased a 2002 BMW X5 from Karl. I then took it to the BMW dealership to do a full inspection and they told me it would need over $4K in repairs to fix an oil leak. I'm sure that was an over exaggerated BMW repair quote as usual but I thought for sure I would be stuck with this car since it was a used car in 'As Is' condition. I emailed Karl to tell me what I found out about the oil leak and the outrageous price of repairs needed. Karl spoke with the owner, Mike, and I was told that they would take the X5 back if I wasn't happy with it!! I was so impressed with the level of customer service I received that I took the X5 back to them and picked out another vehicle that same day with half the miles. Thank you again Karl and Mike for standing behind your vehicles and putting your customers first! I love my Mercedes and would definitely purchase from them again. S.S.

Super smooth experience
After dealing with a very undesirable used car salesman at another lot - the Naperville Autohaus was a complete world of difference. We have been looking for a late model Land Rover, and called the dealership and talked to Karl. He was very easy to deal with an informative. We had a short window to make a sale between work scheduled, and Karl had everything lined up. it was by FAR the fastest and easiest car transaction i've ever made. I think we were out the door in about 30-45 minutes. We LOVE our new land rover as well. A 2002, they did a great job of cleaning it up, and making some necessary repairs to the vehicle before it was ready to be sold. I'd definetely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle.

I had no expectation when i got there because i had bad experiences with dealers. however, they are really good people before being a business people. i wanted to buy a BMW 325ci and i traveled over 250 miles to see the car they had. they are honest people and i ended up buying the car. i liked doing business with them and i would like to do more business with Naperville Auto Haus.
