ZERO communication- they do not answer the phone or return voicemails! So good luck if you have any issue. Terrible customer service. And everytime I've shown up to speak in person, their answer is ‘no ETA’- ‘don't know’ - ‘someone will be in touch…..’ They’re a joke! Do NOT recommend

The service department at Lithia Hyundai of Fresno leaves much to be desired. Despite my repeated attempts to schedule maintenance for my Hyundai SUV due to a malfunctioning heater, I have been met with unavailability for appointments that are often booked out two months in advance. Even worse, the service department is frequently unresponsive to phone calls, leading to my extreme disappointment. Mario Meza

I bought a used car from Lithia Hyundai in April 2022,
I bought a used car from Lithia Hyundai in April 2022, three months later and I'm having problems with the several things: First I got a flat tire and took it to a local American Tire to fix, but they couldn't get the tire off, because it had locks, which Lithia didn't supply the key to, so as I was driving the car to Lithia to get that fixed, my airbag warning light came on, as did a lost communication warning for the ABS braking system and lost vehicle speed and lost wheel distance messages. That was Saturday and I've been calling to see what is going on and NO ONE returns my calls. If I could give less than one star I would.

I bought 2 cars cash and was treated horrible with service and that’s to say the least! Don’t do it! One car is a 2012 Nissan z 370 and a brand new Santa Fe. I should have read the reviews before going to theses guys.

My contact is 5593002963 also when I bought the car it never got fixed you guys would not fix it. I payed 3000 dollars to try and fix the issue and it’s still not ok. I feel I will just move on and never ever buy a car from you guys. The brand new car is not running right and we had to take it to another dealership cause of the customer service. Horrible! When I write a review all of a sudden you guys care cause it effects you from making sales money is the only thing that matters the bottom dollar. Your own employee that sold us the car that quit told us this and that you guys are the worst dealership he’s ever worked for when we tried to get the cars fixed. Shame on you guys!
