We came in for a truck. Raheed is great. He made this process so easy, met my price, and did a great job. Definitely recommend Raheed.

202 Traverse

The sale manager was very flexible and made sure that we got what we wanted. He was very honest and didn?t play any game on giving us a true value for the vehicle. Will visit this dealership in the future for my next Vehicle purchase.

Called one Sat morning to confirm they had a certain...

Called one Sat morning to confirm they had a certain model car; just wanted to sit in it to compare... made it clear we were driving all the way from Newport News.. salesperson CJ said they not only had one on the lot, but TWO! He made us an appointment and we started the 45 min drive. During our drive, the sales manager ALSO called us to confirm the appt (which we didn’t want in the first place ). So already the circling of the vultures started...but we expect when dealing with new car dealerships. What we did NOT expect was that when we arrived, they had ZERO of that model on the lot. Zero. We got a lot of “let me explains” but NOTHING can explain how CJ purposely wasted our family's time and money to have us drive 45 mins each way for nothing.

I went in to look at a Tahoe- more or less knew what I wanted feature wise. Markcus met me at the door and I explained that this was going to be an April/May purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding the Tahoe and made sure I looked at the Traverse to compare. Very glad I did! Thrilled to be working with him. Thank you!

I had an oil change, filter and tire rotation. I had an appointment! I arrived 15 mins early and was helped right away. I waited for my vehicle in the Customer area. It’s a very nice area, tv, coffee machine. As employees come by, they stop and ask if I needed anything My vehicle was ready before the promised time. My service adviser reviewed my service papers with me and sent me on my way! Love Rick Hendricks Chevrolet.

Disorganized Deal

I'll begin by saying the salesman Josh was exceptional, and the overall friendliness of the dealership staff was average. (Each employee has their agenda of "to-do" item.) The major issue I'll point out is, on Thursday, I reached out to discuss a vehicle availability. I was informed that someone was scheduled to come see this vehicle at 9am. I responded that if they'll please give me a call if it wasn't sold after that. Well, at 2:30p, I still hadn't received a phone call. I reached back out and asked for a "Sales Manager." This guy was straight and to the point, "I appreciate that kind of person." After we negotiated the trade, come to an agreeable purchase "Out The Door Price", I specifically stated, "I'll have confirmation of my loan approval today or early tomorrow." Once I picked up the Certified Check made payable to Their Dealership, I went ahead and sent PROOF in an EMAIL, additionally I sent a text to the MANAGER! Saturday morning, I drove over 4 HOURS to get the vehicle, and kept in contact along the trip to give an Estimated Time of Arrival. Once we arrived, I see the vehicle has not been cleaned, and has 26 miles to empty. (This is unacceptable) WAIT, it gets even more exciting........ I have the DEAL COMPLETE, MY LOAN CHECK IN HAND, and YET I sit at the dealership from 2pm-5:15p. Ridiculous and very unlike most dealerships that I've dealt with in the past 20 years! I manage an agency myself, with thousands of clients and considering their "time" is one of the most significant things that is most important. Now, Bill (finance manager) was speedily ready and got us signed and sailing away very quickly. Great vehicle, Great Salesman, however, Organization and Structure isn't a strong suit of this dealership. Not to mention the Music that was blaring on the Saturday that I was there.

I received a phone call today from Wesley (General Manager), Jay (Sales Manager), & Paula (Executive Assistant). It meant something to know that my experience at their dealership was addressed, & that they made an effort to make it right. Although my review was just an “awareness review”, not so much that I didn’t recommend this dealership, they truly sook to understand my concerns and were very empathetic. Quality over quantity any day of the week. I’ll suggest that after hearing from the RH Team, they felt strongly that it was an unacceptable, yet an unfamiliar event at this dealership.
