Kevon went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. What drawn me to Kevon was his welcome greet as soon as I entired the location. He made sure I was satisfied up until the completion of service. The communication was 100%. Service was amazing !!! Great service department on the norm. Just had a few xxxx ups this trip. I think my service manager was new or just needed a little more training. Like I said they are usually the nest service department I have ever been too.

Friendly service crew.Stopped I with a small issue with my Colorado, Turned out my skulls with my navigation system was sub par.The advisor (sorry,terrible with names )took his ti.e to show me how to operate properly and I was back on the road !

I purchased my 2020 Colorado at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet
I purchased my 2020 Colorado at Rick Hendricks Chevrolet and have always had professional and reliable service until today. At a scheduled oil change and tire rotation I had multiple negative experiences. I was told up front the prices had doubled for service but was offered an oil change package. When purchasing a package offered as 6 oil changes, the customer service rep could not explain why the paperwork had unlimited miles and time in 1 section but in another had 25000 miles and no where did it state that it was good for 6 services. On checkout the price on my bill was only $55 not over $100 price quoted to me. In addition, before checkout the service advisor took me aside to explain I needed 4 tires and 4 brakes and rotors plus a brake fluid change. I had brake service last year, brakes are only at half life, not near required replacement, and my tires only have 40000 miles on them, good for another 10000 miles or nearly a year from replacement. The advisor couldn’t tell me why I needed another brake service after having had one per routine service requirements, he couldn’t quote me the specs for tire and brake replacement, but was detailed in price. Last, my paperwork stated my tire pressure set to manufacture required pressure, and I specifically asked for this. Tire pressures were actually at 4 different pressures between 34 and 39psi when the vehicle was given to me. I hope service returns to its usual 5 star quality or I’m going elsewhere. Be mindful of their recommendations and how your vehicle is returned to you.

Bought a 2024 Chevrolet Trax in March 2024 for my 18 yr
Bought a 2024 Chevrolet Trax in March 2024 for my 18 yr old. The vehicle had no previous owner and under 10 miles on it. The car became disabled (aka broke down) on us less than 90 days later. We had to get it towed back to the dealership. I was told there may be engine damage due to defective parts. None of the managers would speak to me after going up there in person, sending several emails, and calling several times. They kept saying we'll take a message or all of the managers are in meetings. I take that back- one nasty low level manager took my call and said without any empathy that I could trade the vehicle in🤔or call GM. You mean trade in a vehicle needing an engine???? Sir, find a new career. Anyhow, I ended up having to get a rep from General Motors to investigate and mediate this lemon of a situation. Moral of the story is, if you think you want a Chevy Trax- maybe rethink that, AND NEVER PURCHASE A vehicle from Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Norfolk!!!! Feel free to share this!!!!!!!!!!

We have tried to purchase here twice.
We have tried to purchase here twice. Ironically, with the same sales manager both time. The first was when everyone wanted to charge market adjustments. We went to another Chevy dealer who removed this fee when Rick Hendrick refused. So, firdt sale they lost! Went back again a year later to upgrade our other vehicle. We had found one online we liked. When getting to dealer, they say that one was at their dealer in NC. But, they did have a similar one and would match the discount advertised on the other. Then, we are presented with a sale sheet with the discount, but then had all kinds of added fees for options we had not even discussed. Once painting out that we caught it, the attitude of the manager changes. Within a matter of minutes, he becomes very arrogant, which I cannot stand. We walked for the second time and will once again go purchase from another Checy dealer in the area. There are 3 others in the area, and I'd strongly recommend anyone to visit one of the others firdt. We will not make the mistake a third time of returning to this Rich Hendrick dealership!! You may assume everyone is dumb, but I gooled you and caught your game. Sorry for you!!
