I worked with Bob Hurley and Fave Delaney to buy a Ford Explorer. They were candid and honest throughout the process including offering a fair value for my trade in. There was no pressure and I appreciated Bob’s immediate follow up on all of our communication.

Bob helped me out in purchasing my car. I unexpectedly needed to purchase a car without much notice and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions, had great communication and was upfront about everything. As someone who isn’t all that knowledgeable about cars, I felt comfortable with Bob and confident in what he was telling me. It was a positive experience.

Greay communication!
Great communication! They more than lived up to my expectations! A great improvement to the typical car dealership. I look forward to working with Columbia again!

I really needed a car and came across this dealership. I was helped by Bob and he was fantastic and I did paper work with David and he was friendly. Overall the process was fast and easy. I really appreciate that they handled everything so I didn’t have to stress out about it all. And was able to pick up my car two days after. Which was great because I really needed it. Overall the selection of cars is surprisingly great and Bob was amazing !!! Thank you Bob and David for the fast service and friendly welcoming smiles.

One of the best I've ever used
I buy exclusively used cars, and have purchased them from many dealers over the years. The search is over. I'll only buy from Dave Delaney from now on. Both Dave and his sales team were attentive, honest, and took the time to explain pricing and each car I looked at. The car I would up buying was reliable, and I returned to Dave's place for service. The service was competitively priced and they only did the work I needed. I can't say enough about Dave and his team. Well done!

Extremely Satisfied
My family recently purchased a Nissan Rogue from this dealership, and we were very happy with our experience. Bob and Dave made the buying process extremely simple with complete transparency and no unnecessary haggling. Since our purchase, we have returned to their service department with multiple cars in our house, and we are always happy with the timely and complete service. The facility is very clean with a comfortable waiting room. I would highly recommend Columbia for everything from sales to service.

Shylock whom epitomizes the used car persona
Too many 4 letter words to describe this dealership and Mr Delaney. Customer service not in their vocabulary. Prices non negotiable, acts like he is selling Porsche and Bentleys. Careful for hidden fees.

We price our vehicles very competitively based on market data for a no-haggle shopping experience. The vast majority of shoppers enjoy this method of buying. Unfortunately, no matter how competitive the prices are, there are always some people who wish they could pay less. All of the fees are portrayed on a sign on the wall of our completely renovated facility. The only fee we have is a $295 documentation fee, while the other fees are sales tax and registration fees, which are charged by the State of Massachusetts. These fees are beyond our control and we get no part of them. Most everyone who has purchased a vehicle in Massachusetts understands how this works. Almost every State has it's own sales tax and registration fees and operate in a similar fashion. On occasion, we do sell a Porsche but have never had a Bentley. I suspect the author hasn't either. If we did, we would price it as competitively as possible using market data just like with any other vehicle. Overall, if shoppers don't see any particular vehicle as a value based on others advertised online, they can choose to look at others on the market. It's simply business and not anything that would need to be taken personally. In all, I'd say that the maturity level of this post speaks for itself.
They wasted my time. Typical dealership experienc
Was referred to this dealer by an on line service to sell my car. They sent me an email asking me to come in so they could take a look. I called them and and asked for a time they were available to check it out. I went in at that time. They were busy and I waited for 15-20 minutes for someone to come out. They did the assessment, then went to their office saying he would call "Dave" and be right out. 20-30 minutes later I'm still sitting there so I ask for the sales person. He calls me back to his office and says he's going to have to make some calls. I'm sitting there for almost 30 minutes and now he tells me he has to make some calls? He says he'll call me back. He never did. Needless to say, it was a waste of time and an experience that only reinforces how horrible the dealer experience is. I would avoid this dealer given the negative experience.

Unfortunately I was on covid quarantine when this customer came in to get a bid for their vehicle. Due to a prior significant accident, the vehicle in question did not qualify for a KBB Instant Cash Offer. We are sometimes able to get a competitive bid on vehicles with an accident history, but unfortunately in the case of this unusual make/model, we were unable to find an interested buyer. We apologize in that we should have updated the seller of the lack of interest in the car more quickly rather than continuing to try to get an interested wholesale bid for the vehicle. We buy dozens of vehicles from private parties each month, but sometimes due to condition, accident history, make/model, market conditions, there just isn't a match and we aren't able to find another interested party either. Certainly reporting the news of a lack of a buyer would've been better than further delays and a non-answer from us.
