Same old

Don't let the trendy interior foul you this place is indeed a joke. I had a guy call me guarantee me a loan and a certain price on my trade in, then ultimately got a ridiculous low ball offer on my truck. Dane is a yes man plays that nice talk and acts like he cares but he's just another typical car salesmen that'll bs you just to get you in the door.


Will be buying again!

Just got our 3 vehicle from them. Very good experience each time! Any after purchase issues we had were immediately addressed and taken care of without question. Good people!


I wish I never bought my car there.

Save a headache, shop somewhere else. 27,000 miles or 18 months later they hit me with a 2k(super used part) or 5k repair. There line is "should have bought insurance" and "that sucks, I know". It does, it sucks that you sell vehicles that need 5k in repairs 18 months later.


Excellent customer service

I was a pain as a customer. Endless rides in different cars. Couldn't make up my mind. Sarah and Austin never got impatient with me. Excellent customer service and the best 5 year warranty. 4th car we bought here and will keep coming back.


Amazing service!!

These guys were awesome from the beginning to the end. Adam was especially helpful even when I didn’t have a lot of time to test drive. He worked hard to find the best deal for my trade in as well. Thanks Adam!!


You’ll regret it

After reading these reviews I came to this dealership with high hopes, which quickly ended up with disappointment. Initially, communication was wonderful, they contacted me worked with me, provided me with a quote and I went there to look at the truck. They seemed positive the whole time, until I decided not to go with the vehicle we were speaking of due to the increased payment as well as the features I was losing. Since then, no communication other than, we’ve been working on things all day for you! Justin is going to call you today (which never happened). I’m disappointed. I had high hopes that I found a credible dealership too with with, yet seems like they are not that credible after all. Not to mention my initial quote for vehicle compared to my quote when arriving was a $3,000 difference. No real explanation as to how that is! Very disappointed. Looks like I’ll be going elsewhere for a vehicle! Update: I posted this comment and got a call and several text messages immediately after wanting to rectify the situation. I was dumb and fell for it, and allowed them a second chance. Red flags and all continued on with working with Justin. (No customer service skills at all) lacked communication, made up excuse after excuse and blamed me for everything. THEY sent me a truck to view that was out of state and I agreed that is the truck I wanted. They told me they put a hold on it. They sent me the bill of sale because (numbers kept jumping around hence red flag) I agreed on it and they went to order it supposedly. All of sudden I get a message there is an issue the other dealer wants $1500 more and then a text saying truck is a no go. WHAT?? yup no explanation for a few hours. That’s it. No answering texts or phone calls. Justin uses the excuse that it is just not obtainable as the dealer won’t move on their fees. My argument was that prior to sending me the bill of sale, shouldn’t that all been dealt with?? Now it is on you? Not me.. at this point it isn’t even an option it appears. Now there are lies on top of lies. I’m furious and regret walking through their doors. O yea and they fraudulently ran my credit because apparently according to them (because they are now lying about something to cover themselves) they ran my credit on a different vehicle that I said I didn’t want. So that was ran without my permission. I provided permission for the truck that was out of state. I would hope everyone reads this and refrains from the headache. I thought other dealerships were bad, these people are nothing but liars! I’ll also be contacting the BBB because they claim to be WNY best is customer service! I didn’t experience any of such.

Excellent customer service

I called and spoke with Chloe F who I thought was fantastic. She is very knowledgeable with a great personality. You can tell she really loves working with people. I had a great experience talking to her about some car’s and she made me feel right at ease. I would highly consider buying a car from your dealership.


Best Dealership in WNY

I went into the dealership nervous because it had my first time using a highly rated dealership and not knowing what exactly to expect. Kind of expecting this experience to be just average. But a erage CANNOT begin to explain the care and one on one attention Leah Leone spent with myself and my children. Even to the point my child has an accident involving a desk lol. She took extra care of both of my children without fail!! Who does that!? She did that!! She helped ease their fear and stayed calm. She wasn't concerned about hustling me into a purchase,but as a mother to mother knew the anxiety of what was going on. Even afterwards, she messaged to just to see how everything was with the kids and myself!! It wasn't about just buying a vehicle, it was personal and private. She has earned a customer for life. I don't know anyone who would go out of their way to do all she did and not be given a commission for all of her hard work and special care she took of my family and myself. Amazing is what she is!!
