The dealership looked clean overall and I was very impressed by the vehicle except for the fact that the body shop had obviously used fingernail polish... to try and cover up some minor scratches, which when I pointed out to the salesman (Taylor) immediately said the price of the car was already reduced to reflect these imperfections. I visited on a Saturday and he was the only salesman on the floor and no other customers appeared to be present. I had talked with their customer relations team about coming to take the vehicle for a test drive two days before and made an appointment and when I got there, the tires were low on air pressure with the signal beeping when I entered the vehicle, in which Taylor told me it was due to cold weather...We then went out for a test drive, down the street to a short stretch of highway and ended up coming up a back road which led to the rear of the dealership. I was in disbelief that the drive time totaled MAYBE 5 minutes. He asked what I thought of the vehicle and I immediately asked for more time with the vehicle, which he complied, but didn’t seem all that happy about. I felt like more of a nuisance at that point. I’d test driven 5 vehicles previously that week and this was by far the shortest experience with a car I’d been interested in. During those drives, I had some fairly nice salesmen, engaging in conversation outside of a sales pitch. He was new to the position, but I tried to engage him somewhat without much response/interest. When I came to talk numbers and told them what I thought might be points of reference in terms of negotiations, he simply responded with the same line stated above, but put a piece of paper down in front of me and wanted me to circle a number from a chart of what I wanted my monthly payments to be. I had purchased a vehicle from their other location 6 years prior and when I brought that up, the sales manager said they don’t honor any sort of discount for returning/faithful customers. The vehicle looked great, aside from the obvious cover ups, one large notch being extremely noticeable on the front bumper. In the end, the sales staff didn’t even budge $1 on the price of this vehicle, but instead offered me my first oil change for free. ¿ At one point in our very short time together, I even heard the sales manager make a remark to his employee that he would describe in more detail to him some references of sale later after I departed. I was clearly the sucker here, having wasted my time driving an hour and a half round trip to a dealership that would rather have cars sit on their lots until the right sucker came along. Do not make a deal with these guys. I honestly felt like there was much more they were hiding with the vehicle I was interested in. I’ve since visited another mainstream dealership and found a car very similar, in which they offered me 3 years of oil changes and tinting my windows for free...at a much more reasonable price! Don’t be a sucker at Laird Noller. Customer service rating got two stars simply because they honored my request for more time with the vehicle.

Buying an automobile is not a "fun" thing for me... Everyone I talked with was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. They took the time to... point out the features of each vehicle and find out what I wanted. No high pressure to "buy now".
For what some may describe as an agonizing process, the sales team did a wonderful job of making my new car purchase as painless as possible. What a pleasure... working with you!!!
