They sold me a car that needed over 8k of work. most of which were safety items that by law they are suppose to fix before selling. They will not help . not even after the lawyers sent them a letter. DO NOT BUY HERE

WORST WORK ETHIC / CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER🚨 NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL🚨 ! DONT GIVE THEM UR BUSINESS ! After corosponding with mark through the whole morning and driving 4 hours from lebanon oregon that he knew i had to beg my sis to do just to see the 2009 Rav4 157k miles 7999 we get there we test drive it get back then they tell me they sold it While i was test driving. HOW THE xxxx DO U JUST SELL SOMETHING LEGIT RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER THEM ? AND ESPECIALLY AFTER DRIVING SPECIFICALLY TO SEE THE CAR OF WHICH I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT HAD IT NOT BEEN RIPPED RIGHT OUT FROM UNDER ME ! Thats like u trying on the last dress and the clerk telling u srry its been sold like xxxxx im in it how is it sold....

BUYER BEWARE. This is the worst dealership ever. They buy wrecked auction cars and repair them with zero regard to safety. It may look ok at first glance but once you really look at everything it’s terrible. I purchased a 2108 Toyota Tacoma with 10,000 miles. The paint is starting to bubble off the truck now due to there garbage work. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I don't have the best financial history and Bobby was able to get me a great deal on a great car. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. They were able to work with my situation and find a solution that fit my budget for the car I really wanted. I feel grateful that I found such an excellent dealer to work with.

This dealership is a joke and will be a huge waste of your time. I had been in contact with this dealership for a week while i was preparing to move to WA and they told me that the car I was interested in was in tip-top shape and the mechanics on it were spotless. When i arrived (and they knew exactly when i was going to be there for a week) the tires were low and the battery was dead...so the mechanic jumped it and filled the tires and said that's what happens when the cars sit a while and that something must have been left on..which i understand, but later I asked the dealer how long it had been sitting there and he told me that i was only driven a week or two before. They also knew i was coming and didn't even do the most basic preparation for me to see it. After arriving 20 minutes late, the dealer I had been in contact with finally arrived for the test drive. A few miles into the test drive i noticed the the engine temperature was going up rapidly and was almost in the red. I alerted the dealer to which he told me "it must be something electrical" and told me to continue to drive. A few miles from returning to the dealership the check engine light and oil pressure lights went on. Not only did they lie to me about the mechanics of the car, the customer service was horrible. The dealer LAID DOWN in the back of the car during the test drive for reasons i do not know. Once they realized I was walking away they tried to show me other cars out of my price range and not the style at all of what i wanted... Although i'm a young female first time car buyer, It does not take a rocket scientist to spot shady car dealers. I would not recommend Rainier Auto Group to anyone. While they did a crappy job hiding this bad car for me, I wouldn't want them to get smart and screw over anyone else.

It was a nice and comfortable process. I saw the car on car gurus. Left a message and within an hour they called me and we set up a time I could come and take a look at the car. The price and the car were exceptional and they really work with you to get what you want and need. They even took the car to subaru of puyallup for me to get a pre purchase inspection. Car came back with flying colors even the mechanical technicians told me that if I didn't be buy the car that at least one of them would. We were able to work out a price that was fair for everyone and they even gave me top dollar for my trade in. Great experience and great people! If I have to buy another car I will definitely come back and will let others know to look here too!

Mark and Bobby are great sales men. They are great at their job and help you every way they can. They dealt with many banks fighting to get us the best deal. Which they did to where my husband I can afford each month. I had the truck for a week now and have no regrets. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a used vehicle, from trustworthy,and great customer service car sales men. Thank you to you both for helping my family and I get a great truck.

Mark and Bobby are great sales men. They helped us dealing with a few banks to get us the best deal possible to where my husband and I could afford each month. I really liked the customer service and trustworthy attitudes they should to both of us. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to buy a used vehicle. These gentlemen were not only able to get my loan approved but did everything in there power to get me the best car for the best deal! I ended up with a Nissan with low miles and fantastic gas mileage. They are basically saints!

Normally I hate the car buying process, but I have never been more satisfied with anyone's customer service as I was with Ranier Auto Group! I was looking for a midsize SUV for my growing family. The sales manager, Kirill, listened to my needs and showed me something that I hadn't even thought of, but was perfect for what I wanted! I test drove a Ford Escape Hybrid and knew it was the car for me. The sunroof needed a small fix, and they were able to get the part and make the repair in a matter of days with no extra cost to me. The whole process went so smoothly and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and great experience! I love my new car!
