Had a recall repair done and when I got home, I noticed the glove compartment dampener was missing and no one at the dealership could tell me where it had dissapeared to. Shady to say the least. I will not be going back. Can no longer trust this dealership. Revised 08/03/2020. Response from the dealership is generic and just for show in the reviews to make it look as if someone cares. I called twice and no one answered. Response from the dealership has been revised. Here is the better part of the original from 07/31/2020. As far as coming back for a repair, I would not come back to your dealership for a tire valve plastic cap. Trust level in this dealership is 0.

First Time Buyer at Open Road

I recently purchased a 2020 Subaru Outback from your dealership. I had the good fortune to have Dennis Pustylnikov as my salesman. I called ahead and made an appointment. It was honored within minutes of my arrival. After a brief discussion and narrowing down of my choice I asked for a test ride and there was no hesitation at all on Dennis's part and he set me up quickly and efficiently. He was polite and patient. I did not feel rushed or pressured. He acknowledged my situation and answered all my questions. When he was not sure of an answer (he said he was not a mechanic) he immediately left to find out the answer . In light of safety precautions being followed by so many companies, Dennis did his best to make sure I felt comfortable. This is my first Subaru but probably not my last.

Great Buying Experience

Went in to Open Road to trade in our 2015 Subaru Forester for a newer model. Whole experience was painless. My wife and I worked with Cameron Samad on the sales staff. We found him to be pleasant and informative. He was able to answer all of our questions and get us into a car to test drive within the first hour. Overall great experience and I would recommend Open Road and Cameron to family and friends that are looking for a car.

AN AMAZING BUYING EXPERIENCE.

Before walking into Open Road Subaru Dealership in Union, NJ, I had visited, at least two other dealerships. But after I met Mr. Joey Manuel, I knew there was nowhere else to go. Mr. Joey Manuel made me comfortable and showed me the car I had in mind to buy. He reviewed in great details the latest safety technology in the car I was interested in, and contrasted it with other cars in its category. He was patient, knowledgeable, candid, and professional. He was excellent. I bought the car the same day. In the galaxy of stars, Mr. Joey Manuel is the brightest star.

Taken care of!

Came in for a Honda and even after visiting other dealerships in the area I ended up back at Open Road and left with a Subaru! They ultimately had the best staff and I got the best for my money. It was my first car shopping experience and it was super easy!

5 Star Experience with Open Road Subaru

I received excellent service the first time I walked in. The salesman Anthony Cabrera and the sales manager Jesus Guzman were very personable, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my requests. Anthony and Jesus gave me an excellent quote on my vehicle from the very start, and there was no point to haggle.

Best Dealership around

I bought a WRX last weekend and it was the easiest car purchase that I have experienced. My sales consultant cameron knew the answers to all my questions, and was never pushy. I highly recommend him!

Good experience with Open Road Subaru

I worked through Cameron at Open Road Subaru and had a great experience. Cameron has an in depth knowledge of the trims and features which is what I find a lot of sales folks are missing these days. We will be returning to OpenRoad when my Legacy needs an uplift!
