Great sales and service!!

We purchased 2 vehicles here within the last 3 years and have been very pleased. We have been bringing our cars here for service, prior to purchases, for about 7 years. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and dependable, both in sales and service departments. As busy as their service department is, on a few occasions I have called about an emergency repair requiring immediate attention prior to a long road trip and they took the car in right away. When purchasing a vehicle, the paperwork is handled quickly and efficiently, and always with a smile. Their inventory is good, covering many price ranges, and the cars are in great shape.

Trustworthy, Quality Customer Care and Service!

I grew up in Uxbridge, so when it was time to purchase a used car I knew to go to Uxbridge Auto and see Josh. I knew that I wouldn't get the typical sales pitch and I would get honesty and great customer service. The overall transaction was quick and painless.

What a great environment to buy a car!

I am very pleased with the customer service that Uxbridge Auto provided for me was outstanding. The vehicle I purchased is exactly what I imagined it to be. The staff was friendly, and welcoming just like any business should feel when it comes to serving people. Josh Cahill made my first time car-buyung experience unforgettable. Very great man and he will deliver on what you want and make it work for you. I am pleased with the business and pleased with my purchase. I would recommend this location to everyone!

Bought my new car

Nice people down there. My salesman Josh wasn't pushy and was super easy to deal with. I found a great deal on my dream car and couldn't have been happier with the service. A lost art these days

Another Car from Uxbridge Auto

Thru the years we have purchased around 12 cars/trucks from Russ, Steve and Josh, from my wife, myself and my children and their spouses. It just can't get easier than Uxbridge Auto. Such a breeze to buy and deal with, no hassels if something's wrong, ( and I haven't found anything yet), we will continue to buy and recommend UA for years to come

Great Car Purchase!

Smooth transaction start to finish. Very fair price on our trade, and the price on the 2012 Civic was under blue book value. We worked with Steve, and we will be back!

The Best Car-Buying Experience I've Ever Had!

I found the staff at Uxbridge Auto to be both friendly and helpful. I worked specifically with both Josh and Steve. They both helped me narrow down my focus and pick the right car for me. Josh especially, with his knowledge of Subarus, helped me find a great car. I know I got a great deal and I felt very comfortable with all of the staff. I would highly recommend Uxbridge Auto to anyone looking for a new or used car. I'll be visiting them for all my car servicing needs!

Excellent service

On very short notice and two days before Christmas, Bob squeezed me in to install 4 new shocks. This I knew was not an easy job, but it was done within the same day for a very fair price. I want Bob to know how much I appreciate your taking me in and getting this done. Also want to thank Steve for giving me a ride home, another great deed done!

In My Own BackYard!!!!

I had been to a few of the big dealships, the lions den I call them- the first one , I went too --alone. So the next few times I took my son with me- I just could not stand the hype and because I am a woman I felt as though they took advantage of me , so I watched my son do the talk and finally I thought I could go out on my own as I did not want to keep him in tow ! I wanted a 2012 Ford Escape! Just could not find one with the options and the price range and color --- Then my husband spotted one at Uxbridge Auto , but not in my color, so I ignored it- until I went onto the website- WOW ... price was right --options ? It was a LIMITED. I called and got Josh and it was smooth sailing from then- It was a dark gray not white but I am very happy with my 2012 FORD ESCAPE LIMITED :)

Excellent quality and care, hometown feel

The team at Uxbridge Auto is fantastic. Steve has sold me 2 cars over the last 5 years. One was just totaled and I needed to replace it. He helped me make sure I got into the car I wanted and I love my new crv! Jeannie was out of town when I was ready to pick it up and Josh had it all ready for me. We've been using their service department for years since they also have a rental/ loaner service and we're a one car household. Besides that the service department is great and even gave me some great advice to make my battery last while they did my oil change (don't leave chargers plugged in folks). When I arrived to pick up my car, they pulled around front before I asked. Personal service!
