Luke was very nice, but the listing on Cars.com was not accurate (Cars site issue, not Luke - he showed me the listing info he submitted). No sunroof as advertised, and is a Hybrid which is not highlighted in the name. Didn't buy the car but may go to this dealership in the future.

I wanted to help my daughter in purchasing a car from Uxbridge Auto. Working with Russ R. the owner and Luke L. the sales manager was fantastic. Russ and Luke were great in helping her purchase the car that she always wanted. You read about dealerships all of the time,and how their customer service is great,but these guys are the real deal. They are very honest and up front and that is all you can ask. My daughter is very happy, and my wife and I would have no problem buying a car from Uxbridge Auto.

Dealing with Uxbridge Auto was probably one of the best experiences with a car dealer I have had. They made everything extremely easy, were very friendly, and had excellent communication back and forth with me through the entire car buying process. There was no pressure and really it was an incredibly smooth experience. Look forward to doing business in the future!

Bought a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 19k miles from them in June of 2021. My experience was fantastic. I was offered a great trade in value for my Chevy Traverse and given a fair price on the Jeep. They addressed all my concerns in a timely fashion. Checked up on me to ensure I was happy. Through the entire process they made me feel at ease. I received the best finance rate, top trade value and found a vehicle I really love. The service department is also great. I dealt with Luke in sales, Josh, the Sales Manager, Alli in Service. And a quick greeting from Russ The owner. Every one of them was excellent. I am a very fussy buyer and let me tell you, you will not find a better place to buy your next vehicle.

I brought my Honda HRV in for service today and it suffered a minor problem, which they immediately reported to me. As it was their responsibilty, they replaced the tire and performed the service " no charge." This is integrity. I certainly would buy a used car from them.

My purchase at Uxbridge Auto could not have gone more smoothly. The employees were friendly, helpful, and provided plenty of space and flexibility to examine and test drive their cars. When I finally came to a decision, the finalization process went off without a hitch, and my salesperson made sure to show me all the car's features before I drove it off the lot. The car was clean and in great condition for a great price. Would absolutely recommend!

I have bought many cars from Uxbridge Auto and it has always been a great experience. They are honest with you and upfront about everything as far work done to vehicle and pricing they have always work to get us the best price. I had been shopping for a 2019 or a 2018 Chevy truck. I had gone to the big auto places on route 9 and was disappointed in the prices and service. I saw what I was looking for at Uxbridge Auto. Not only did I get the exact vehicle I was looking for but THE Customer service was beyond compare. Josh was the salesman and was wonderful giving me all the details I needed and the price was great, bought it on the spot and he too care of everything, I drove away with a great vehicle and with great service. I am recommending them to my daughter who is looking for a used vehicle.
