My husband and I have purchased 5 vehicles from Russ and Steve over the past 15 years. We kept going back because they were really great to deal with and really great cars. We recommend all our friends to check out Uxbridge Auto first when they are looking for a used vehicle. If they do not have the car you are looking for just tell them what you want and they will try and find that car for you.

I went to Uxbridge Auto because I wanted to support a business in my town plus I have known Russ Rosborough all my life and I trust him. My daughter Kellie and I went together...told him what I was looking for. Tried out 3 cars...picked one that was perfect for me...went into the office and negotiated with Russ...agreed on a price...filled out the paperwork...all in 1 hour and 15 minutes and we walked out of there with smiles on our faces. Went back a few days later and Steve (salesman) sat in my new car with me and went over every single thing...answered all of my million questions...and if he didn't know an answer he looked it up in the car manual and found the answer. I drove out of there a very happy customer. A few days later I wasn't sure how to work my new keys (push buttons) and called Russ...he drove to my house and showed me all the features and how to work them. You can't ask for better service than that. I have had my car since May 2013...not one complaint. I will always be an Uxbridge Auto Customer. absolutely excellent buying experiance handled proffesionally by knowledgable people,customer service and follow through was great,the mechanics on staff are excellent and went above and beyond what i expected before delivery and everything was completed in a timely fashion,i will buy my next vehicle from them as well
