CS, is good. Just watch out for the details and throughly walk through vehicle. Buying process is slow but smooth. Plan on plus 3 hours. This took away... from overall experience. Facilities were clean but men?s room lack soap to wash hands with as well as towel dispenser empty. There were several hand sanitizer stations. Over all, friendly easy going atmosphere. I would recommend the drive down to Colorado Springs. I am still waiting for delivery of my vehicle its been four days and counting. Yes, waiting on car part/s before they deliver Alltrack.

From the service department, to the sales team, to the finance manager, each person... was genuinely there to help and to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. Not only would I recommend Mike Maroone VW to a friend, I plan to buy my next car there again.
Almost everyone dislikes going to an dealership to buy a car. However, this was a great experience, as there was no pressure. The 2 people that we dealt... with, Jordan and Darwin , were totally professional. They are both to be commended on their ability to put the customer at ease and complete the buying process easily.

I have brought in my VW beetle a few times and each time I do I am always happy with the service. They take you in let you know roughly how long and there... is a cute little waiting area with a TV and water while you wait. The customer service is amazing. Mike is who helped me most recently and he was friendly and kept me updated on the repair status of my car. I also love that the techs always do a good job and take care of me. Also amazing that I get coupons for auto repairs regularly and that they price compare tires. I won't go anywhere else with my VW

We brought our 2015 Golf VW in for routine maintenance on 12 Oct 19. Afterwards and still today - there is a strong odor of diesel fuel coming through... the air vents. I brought the car in a week after the repairs and spoke with Mike. He treated me like I was a dumb female and asked to drive the car. He drove the car and assured me he cleared the odor just then smoke starting rolling from under the hood. He popped the hood and discovered the mechanics failed to secure the dip stick, which spewed fuel and fumes throughout my engine and air filters. Now he wants to charge me $150.00 to ?check? my vehicle for a possible exhaust leak. I called to speak to a manager and was given the run around. I will be never use Mike Maroone again.

I bought a brand new car, was told the warranties I purchased (purchased all) would cover EVERYTHING on the car with the exception of gas and insurance... of course. The sales man and the lady that processed the financing explained that even detailing would be covered. Once service was needed I learned that the ?warranties? actually covered none of that. I received a coupon book. So the additional $5K only covered oil changes and tire rotation. I love my car, just wish I would of done more research as to the additional warranties I purchased and not have taken their word for it. The service department has been great however.
