STAY CLEAR OF THIS DEALER!!!

Purchased 2017 Tiguan April 2023. 1. Needed new front rotors and brake pads (front) 4 months later. 2. Now (November) battery is shot 3. August oil change. Was informed at this time that these vehicles burn a quart of oil every 1200 to 2000 miles. Would have been nice to know that during the sales process 4. Purchased a maintenance contract for ~600, whicj I was told at the time covers 3 oil changes, tire rotation and multi-point inspection and a mechanical service coverage. Dealer, without my knowledge cancelled the mechanical service contract in July. So essentially, I paid for 3 $200 oil changes. 5. When speaking to a sales manager about these issues, he began to get rude and abruptly hung up when i mentioned the word "lawyer". 6. Called back and spoke to a different sales manager. He took down all of my concerns without issue and told me he will call back after he looks at all the records. 7. General Manager "not in his office" when asking to speak with that person. 8. Now I wait...

Excellent customer service keeps me returning
