Great customer service. Dealer bought my Jaguar for a great price and sold me a nice Mercedes. I drove down from Sparks and was done making a deal within about an hour.

Very professional service at this dealership! I was interested in a Range Rover evoque, so me and my husband came to look at it.. When we came, the sales person was very polite, offered us coffee or water, was very professional... he showed us a car, we loved it, it was immaculate , so we went inside to work in numbers, but my monthly payment was a little over $300 and I can only afford up to $200, but they were very nice about it, so then they offered me a different car, BMW , we test drove that one and it turned out to be really nice and lovely car, the payment was still a little higher then $200, but I was very happy with it, because the general manager decided to give me a pretty good discount, so we end up buying it! My experience was amazing, they work very professional, quick, very focused on their customers and very polite! Will Recommend to all my friends and family!

I’m very happy with my perchase! I bought my second car here, so Integrity got their lifetime customer!!! My first car was Toyota Avalon, but unfortunately it got totaled, so I was looking for the same one, but they offered me even a better one with better interest rates, which was amazing! Love the service!!!

I asked about the required documents prior to my visit, so when I came in prepared with all the necessary papers - it was unbelievably a fast deal and pleasant experience. I was relieved that there wasn't any pressure I am happy with the way Vitaliy explained to me my Qs & concerns since I'm a first time buyer (from a dealership), and I'm also happy with my given APR. And Yes, I absolutely love my Mercedes C300. Sweet stomach butterflies - every time! It got the perfect looks and power!

The sales representative, Robert, was very professional, helpful and courteous - no pressure, just showed us all about the vehicle and then helped with the pricing. I recommend him and the sales manager.

You are pressured into buying a car, and if you don't want the car they get rude. And once she became rude, I thought it was a joke and the sales rep Ora looked at me and said im not playing. I just need to look over my breakdown of what I was being charged? Also she just came in like pay this right now and it's yours, there were no other cost information. So I begun to ask questions like what's my APR? What bank do you guys go threw? Ora had no answer to no of these questions which made me wonder. So I went home and spoke it over and now I have the money for my down payment but because of her attitude I don't want to go back!

This is the best dealership so far here in sacramento my dad recently bought my sister a dodge and my mother a chrysler and I recommend this place to anyone who wants excellent customer service and the best cars.
