First and upmost Tim gave me excellent service with a

First and upmost Tim gave me excellent service with a friendly tone and was very professional. I had a problem with my late dad's truck that others weren't able to diagnose the problem and Tim with his service men immediately figured the problem. Tim conveyed the problem to me and took care of it within a day. Thank you for having an awesome employee like Tim, businesses need more employees like Tim! Incidentally, I was experiencing this problem with the truck for approximately six months and thanks to Tim he resolved the problem for my family. Thank you Tim for your excellent, professional, and kind service.

Great Service

I brought my car in on last minute on Friday because it wouldn?t start. They weren?t sure if the would be able to get my car done that Friday, so I might have to wait until Monday. They surprised me and has it done by 4 pm that Friday, with change of battery plus while they had my car I had them check all the fluids, and the check my breaks because of squealing noises. They told my they were going to clean breaks because my were still really good. I appreciate they told me the truth, and didn?t tell me I needed new breaks! Thank you for being truthful!!

Ron Smith's Service and sales

Their service is second to none. They tell me up front what is needing to be done with my vehicle and ask my permission to do it before they start. They have great shuttle service, and they wash my car every time I take it in, and that is above and beyond service to me since I have so little time to get it done. I leave there feeling confident that my car is whole, and I feel safe knowing they check EVERYTHING so I don't have to worry. I love Ron Smith's and will never go anywhere else for service, or to buy another car if I decide to do so. I recommend them highly.

100/10 HIGHLY recommend this dealership! It was my first time dealing with them and I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve been involved in over 20 car deals in my life when including friends and family I’ve helped. They are great at listening, paying attention to detail and following up as well as just being amazing at customer service. This is THE dealer to go to in the valley. I live an hour away in fresno and I will be making the drive there when I need anything or another vehicle. They’re what all dealerships should aim at being like. A real family owned solid dealership. Please do yourself a favor and buy from them before wasting time anywhere else.

Service

Needed a tow as my car’s battery was completely dead. Roadside Assistance was there in 15 minutes. Tim in service had already put me in for service...a busy Friday too. The shuttle was there in no time to take me home. The car was ready that day. Tim also tested my keyless entry remote and a new battery was needed there too. Thanks for taking care of me. I’ve had many years of great service from Ron Smith GMC/Buick.

Great service

Pleasant service department staff. Efficient and competent technical support and a clean car. I was driven to my Doctor’s office by a very pleasant young man and picked up when my car was ready—very smooth !

I was very impressed of the knowledge from Juan Tapia about the vehicles we were looking at. In the end we purchased a 2019 Buick Encore and am very happy with our purchase. We went back the next day and my daughter purchased her vehicle!
