called for oil change and discuss tires Michael Vanvalkenburgh told us about monthly sales on tires and to check back monthly for deals . Plus if we... find a tire on sale some where else let him know . He will try to match. He also brought it to our attention that the lug nuts would expand when driven thus making it impossible to remove. Needed to change lug nuts.

I've been a Ford owner for years. I've been through several different dealerships as an F150 owner. Visited Tasca when they opened their doors in 2014... and have not needed to go anywhere else. Rick Miller and his group found the truck I wanted, set up a deal and stuck with it. No surprises prior to purchasing. It made the experience much easier than what I had dealt with at other Ct dealerships. If you are serious about buying, or just beginning to look, look here first. You won't have to go anywhere else.
The entire process went well. However they need to come up with an affidavit type form for A plan proof of relationship instead of needing to supply birth... certificate/marriage certificate etc. A notarized affidavit in the sales file would make it simpler and require less personal information of the customer on file. Also they need to inform the customer of the need for A Plan proof of relationship earlier in the process instead of on the day the sale is being finalized.

Long story short, I haven't had the best luck with Tasca Ford in the past, including sales and service. It got to the point that I was bringing my three... ford vehicles to a different dealership, close to 40 minutes from my home rather than making the 15 minute drive to Berlin. With the recent brake problem on my vehicle I decided to utilize Tasca since I was in a bind. After some time of trying to get through to the service department via phone, you took my call and helped diagnose the possible problem. When I arrived to the dealership, you got me in and out as quick as possible and made me feel like I was your only customer. You got my truck in and fixed faster than expected. Mike was honest, helpful, and personable and have renewed my faith with Tasca and will definitely be back based on my interactions with Mike.
