Horrible service in front office

Bought five weeks ago and still do not have paperwork. Was delivered to us with transmission issue. Delivery people said nothing. After 10 days with little help from Bryan, Cody in service got with Honda and fixed it. Thank you. Bryan talked us out of the van we wanted with no reason given. Was filthy inside. Trash in door pockets. Would not buy there again .

I got a great truck at a fair price, and they gave me a fair price for my trade-in. It was delivered to my home, and they drove my trade-in away. It was a good experience.

I had a terrible experience with Prestige Auto Group....

I had a terrible experience with Prestige Auto Group. They ran my wife’s credit and my credit about 6 different times without us knowing to get us at the payment we wanted (which in our case if it wasn’t going to work the 1st or 2nd try then stop trying) it puts bad marks on your credit. Then they write out the wrong amount for the payoff of our trade and basically didn’t want to do anything about it so there is still a balance on our vehicle trade and they also had the wrong amount on the check for the taxes that were do when registering the vehicle we had purchased and paying the PA sales tax. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I go to PRESTIGE AUTO GROUP

Mikaela, I do apologize for the confusion. We did pay off your trade in, there is no balance owed by you, and in certain circumstances it takes a little more effort to attain an approval from the lenders. As for the PA taxes, Ohio is non-reciprocal, so we refunded you the 6%, just as it was stated on the contract you signed. Again, my apologies for the confusion.

Wish I could give no stars! Was the worse experience I have ever had at a dealership! Jeff was a horrible salesman and very unprofessional had my Jeep sold in the middle of me getting approved ( within 8 min's of my approval) after talking to him all weekend and finally finding a cosigner I could use! And he made sure to tell me it was my fault, I didn't act fast enough! Told me when I finally was able to find a good cosigner (literally a day later) called as soon as they open on Monday to tell him I had a cosigner it was my fault it was too late! Then tried to sell me other jeeps!ha horrible experience! Found a better deal with a way better salesmen!

Amazing Service, Satisfaction Guaranteed

I was able to purchase the exact car I was looking for at the price I needed to stay in budget. Salesman Bryan provided the best, most seamless experience right from the comfort of my own home; as well as having my Mercedes CLA 250 delivered right to my driveway in MI. Great car, excellent service, for the right price!!!
