Totally disappointed with dealership
My automobile was denied service because the salesman didn't like seeing my boyfriend drive my deceased husband's car . Never received a return call from management. Went back there with him to get it service just to hear the salesman threaten my boyfriend so we left. And still NO return call from management. If there's an issue between them it has nothing to do with me sending my car for service. I'm a paying customer!

Services was excellent and efficient, the Service Person was very confident and treated me with such respect. He also discuss with me the procedures based on the service that I needed. He greeted us at the entrance door and treated us like royals. Once we arrive we were promptly told what to expect from the service team working on our automobiles. We were ushered to the waiting room with such dignity. I would recommend Santee Ford to my friends and anyone I know, when it come to buying a car or servicing your car after buying it.
