They used to be wonderful, not anymore.

They used to be wonderful, not anymore. We bought 2 new cars from them in the past 10 years and did all of our services with them, not anymore. Buyer beware of lifetime power train warranty, don't let it influence your decision to buy as it requires thousands of dollars in diagnostic fees to determine if it will cover the issue. The service department tell you your tire tread is low when it's not. They will high pressure maintenance sells and threaten you will the voiding lifetime power train, that from my experience isn't worth the paper it's printed on. Loyal customers are treated disrespectfully and they get angry when you shut down their up sell tactics. They will try to sell you cabin air filters when you just replaced them at home 1 week prior. Also, don't buy air cabin filters, you can buy and replace your own in under 5 minutes for $10 instead of paying the dealership $35. Cabin filters are an easy way for them to make money and they will recommend a change each service. Never trust service people who get angry when you don't buy their recommend services. This dealership has performed their last service on my vehicles and I will never buy a new vehicle from them again.

Dealer response

Thank you for this feedback. We're very sorry to see that you didn't have the best experience at our dealership. Would you mind sending us a message with your contact information so we can learn more about your visit and address your concerns? While we're disappointed to learn that we didn't meet your expectations, we'd love to try to turn things around and make sure the same thing doesn't continue to happen.

Simply put, price gouging.

Simply put, price gouging. They are more interested in making a profit from their financing the vehicle than selling it.

Do not use this service center was told I had to have transmission flushed or warranty was no good. I paid 300 and something dollars to get a transmission flushed. No filter changed and found out later. The sales person gets commission for up selling you and I was lied Two so I would pay to have fluid and transmission flushed and replaced do not use the service center. They will tell you you need something and lie to you to get you to pay for it.

Service

I am very disappointed in the service that I received on 12/3/22. My appointment was at 9 am and I get my car after 12, but that was after one lady that had a appointment at 10:40 and she gets her car before me. Whats wrong with this picture? and by the way she got an oil change too. This is the 2ND time this have happen. What my skin color was different? POOR SERVICE for certain people.

Great folks who were honest

After Team One Toyota treated my brother and his family great, we decided to make the 3 hour drive and look for a new vehicle. While we were there we were very close to getting a used vehicle that was brought in overnight. Shaun Musso & Noah Harden told us that they could not with good conscious let us drive off with that vehicle because it wasn’t inspected yet. We then waited for the exact one we wanted to come in a few weeks later and have enjoyed the new Toyota Highlander SUV ever since.

Typical car dealer agonizing buying experience

We drove 200 miles to pick up a car they saved for us after paying $500 down (non refundable). It was as represented, and we love it. Be prepared for the $995 gouge for “Luxcare” or some BS like that. They Luxcared it all right, but left sticky food mess in the center console and other nooks and crannies. Could have paid someone $100 to detail it better than that. We tried to pay for it by check, but we were told we’d have a $500 surcharge for paying in cash! So we financed $10k. Big mistake! Had to spend an agonizing 1.5 hours signing a million loan forms while being subjected to the stupidest sales pitch ever for a $3500 extended warranty. He would not take “no” for an answer and tried every scare tactic in the book. Total cringe. Looking back, it would have been worth paying $500 to skedaddle out of there.

My husband bought me a new 2022 4Runner TRD Sport

My husband bought me a new 2022 4Runner TRD Sport yesterday! The service was top notch! I’ve never heard my husband talk about how easy a car buying process was before now. Casey Youngblood was the salesman. Such a nice and great guy! Will definitely be using him again in the future when we buy a new vehicle!!

Look further.....NOT the one you want to deal with

Bought my 2021 Venza from them about 6 weeks ago. Love the car and our salesman (Nick) was very patient and helpful. The finance guy was a joke! Added several items onto the contract.........costing us a couple extra thousand in overall costs. Contacted Assurant to cancel the Extended warranties we did not need or want. Was assured by the finance guy (Jordan Benefield) that he was signing the papers on October 14th to cancel the policy.....only to find out 3 weeks later that they have not been cancelled yet. In the market now to buy a new truck........but will definitely bypass this dealership for this and any future purchases. If you're looking, look further........this is not the type of service you want!!
