    Most unprofessional dealership I have ever dealt with! We went to test drive a gmc terrain and let them know upfront that we had already been pre-approved... through our credit union and that our loan would go through them. They started in that someone else was interested in the vehicle and that we should just go ahead and run the loan through them. We ended up taking it home for the night and the next day we were in the process of having the check cut at out credit union when the salesman decided that our credit union was making it too difficult and told us to just bring the vehicle back and they would just sell it to someone else. Then he proceeded to hang up on us. Long story short they were just mad because we didn't run the loan through them. Walter was the most unprofessional salesman I have ever met in my life, and we will never purchase a vehicle from McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee's Summit, Mo. I would recommend going anywhere but there.

    Purchased a Tacoma from them and it was missing front floor mats. Negotiated them into purchase price. I was told they would be ordering rubber all weather... mats and they would call me when they came in. My salesman was Mike Lesher. I stayed in contact with him about the mats and he asked me numerous times about ordering the right ones. After 2 months I still hadn’t received them. When I called him again about them he promised they would be there by the end of the week. My father went by to pick them up and they ended up being a cheap xxx fabric set from Walmart!! I called to talk to the manager and got his voicemail. I left a message about the whole ordeal and they never returned my call. I will never recommend this dealership and I guarantee I will never purchase a vehicle from them again!!

    I’ve been to a couple of Chevrolet dealers in my time buying cars and can honestly say McCarthy Chevrolet in Lee’s Summit exceeded my expectations during... my buying experience. First I was greeted by Cowboy Dan who helped me find the color and features I was looking for. They also beat the previous dealers price with no questions! It was an awesome and seamless experience from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

    My experience was phenomenal, the process was smooth and easy. No BS l, no games, the price was what it was advertised! My salesman Charles was more knowledgeable... than anyone I’ve have before. He was courteous and professional the entire time! I definitely will recommend anyone to them!

    My elderly parents bought a 2018 equinox with less than a 50 miles on it and its been in the shop 3 or more times. Twice for a dead battery with less... than 200 miles on it, she then gets it back and it didn't even last a week before it was dead again. They had her brand new car for 3 weeks and think they fixed the problem and now she was no radio, bluetooth, phone. Should I say LEMON!
