McCarthy Chevrolet Lee's Summit

The dealership offered a fair value for my suburban and had a truck on order for me to buy. Not many dealerships gave me both requirements.

Went there to look for a new car to buy. The cars that we looked at were not cleaned. Some were so bad that we decided to not even get in them. The trade value we were offered for our car was incredibly low. The salesmen were rude and arrogant. I plan to never go there again and to inform many friends and family to avoid this place at all cost.

Worst experience ever, the sales manager actually said ( they don't make used cars, and we don't go to auctions and you don't have a trade so I have to raise the price 3000 dollars above advertised price.
