I have been taking my Mitsubishi to Hyman Bros. Mitsubishi Service Dept for many years now. Roger, in the service department, always provide customer service as if he were servicing his own vehicle. I appreciate how Roger takes the time to explain what will be done to my vehicle as well as advise me on any services recommended. I have been so impressed by the work and service that I receive for my Mitsubishi that I have started taking my non-Mitsubishi vehicle to be serviced at Hyman Bros. Mitsubishi as well.

Wonderful Service

Hyman is the BEST!!!
I just purchased my car on 11/22/17 from Hyman Brothers Mitsubishi and I can say emphatically that this was the best car buying experience ever! Please keep in mind that I have purchased several vehicles in the past from other dealerships but all of the experiences were not good as it was extremely stressful. I truly thought that this would be the same when I came to Hyman Brothers Mitsubishi, but wow was I wrong!!! One word, AWESOME! From the Sales Manager Chris, to the salesman Danny, to Stuart to close the deal in finance, and the overall atmosphere at this dealership was a breath of fresh air. Their were absolutely no last minute tricks, or gimmicks and everything that I was promised was delivered by some of the nicest people that I have ever met in my life. I came in with the same tarnished body armor from the battles of the past at other dealerships, to finally leaving humbled and feeling quite silly as I finally got it.....This is how car buying should be! These guys rock!!! I am still floating on cloud nine not just because of my awesome car, but the positive vibes, and honesty from the entire staff at Hyman Brothers Mitsubishi. Do yourself a favor if your in the market for a new or quality used vehicle, seek the Hyman name and you can't go wrong. Simply put, they are the best! I have been bragging on these guys to everyone I know and as far as I am concerned there is only one name when it comes to buying cars, Hyman. Easily the best Dealership around!
Chris Santos, the Sales Manager at Hyman Bros far exceeded my expectations. Jimmy picked me up from the airport and both Chris and Jimmy patiently saw me through the entire buying process, which were a lot more complicated because the car was being shipped to Guam, plus I am a very picky shopper. I felt at ease about doing the deal mainly because I felt Chris and Jimmy were trustworthy and they had a lot of integrity. I was traveling through the States and could have bought my car anywhere, but I immediately recognized Hyman Bros. was one of those rare dealerships that stand by their products and they have pride in what they do, and their business dealings clearly show it. As my car is getting processed for shipping, they are doing extra work they aren't obligated to do and addressing any concerns I have. They far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend Hyman Bros. I can't wait for my car to arrive in Guam and I definitely plan to buy all of my cars from them, going forward.

Safety recall visit 11/14/17
Got the notice for a safety recall (bad electrical relays in the engine compartment) and made an appt. for the repairs (simple/easy). Dropped the car off and went shopping. Came back an hour or so later and the repairs had been completed and the car was ready to pick up.

Excellent Dealership to Work With!
My husband and I were happy to find this dealership, as other dealerships weren?t as helpful and they lacked the customer service skills that this dealership exhibited during our buying process. The Sales Manager, Chris, was wonderful to work with and we didn?t feel pressured at all! Ron in the Finance Department is exceptional and found is an awesome rate that no other dealership could match. Kudos to this dealership for making it a pleasant experience for us!

horrible sales manager
"I asked for a price on website for a Smart Fortwo Brabus, my offer was for $6k, the price was $6.900, this is the answer from their sales manager: "Hello Ms. Manole, Again, we are a "No-Haggle" dealership where as all our Pre-Owned vehicles are priced FIRM and we do not negotiate pricing. Also, I appreciate that you are considering to purchase a vehicle so far from home, but we did not reach out to you begging for your business, rather it was you that reached out to us, a dealership almost 7 hours away and is not of our concern of your inconvenience for time and money to get to us. Should you not be willing to pay our "No-Haggle price" of $6,995 + fee's, we need not discuss this vehicle or any pre-owned vehicle offered by Hyman Bros any further. Sincerely, Sung ? Sales Manager" one day later on carsdotcom I asked for other smart if is available, I didn't pay attention that the car is from Hyman Bros, Big Mistake for me, this is the answer from the same guy: "Ms. Manole, We advised you yesterday that this vehicle has been sold and we have a corporate no-haggle policy. If you're not willing to pay a no-haggle price, you need not contact our dealership or any Hyman Bros dealership ever again. Sung ? Sales Manager" then I asked why he is so rude, the answer is this: ''I don't intend to be rude, but how many times do we have to tell you about our no-haggle policy and that the vehicle has already been claimed? I would think once would be enough, but we've told you 3 times now. Sung ?'' so, you can take the conclusions how the things are working with Hyman Bros."

Outlander safety recall work, 9/13/17
Had a safety recall done on the door latches. Asked about the "Routine Maintenance Required" warning that pops up every time the car is started. I was told that if I pay them to change the oil/filter they take care of that warning. If I change my own oil/filter they will charge me to take care of that warning. What a joke. They say they have to use a scan tool to reset the oil/filter change interval/warning. Pitiful design/programming. Something that could have easily been taken care of during the hour plus time they had the car in the shop.
