Went to have tpms programmed but because they weren't Mitsubishi they said they couldn't so they tried to sell me two of theirs for $300. Well not everyone has that kind of money sitting around so I couldn't do it but they still charged me the $57 just to tell me they couldn't program mine.

No response
My used car search led me to Hyman Bros. I emailed the dealership to inquire about the car, but didn't receive any response. I called several days later to confirm the car was still available and drove nearly 2 hours. I found the car on the lot and I was ready to buy. Unfortunately, they were too busy to work with me, and only provided a quick verbal price quote and said there's no negotiating the price, not even $1. This seemed unreasonable, especially since the car had been on their lot for 6 months, so I continued my car search elsewhere. I even emailed Hyman Bros several days later, and still no response. Long story short, consider buying somewhere else. I found the same car model and color at another dealership, but it was a year newer with fewer miles and a better price.

This dealership thinks selling a customer a overpriced used car by labeling it hassle free is a good deal no wonder this car has been on the lot almost a year I'll never purchase a vehicle here even if they offered to give me free gas for the lifetime of my purchase there customer service sucks.
