JoAnne was the last person there I dealt with. She called me yesterday upon Lynbrook receiving another email from me. She took more information from me, said she would call me back to confirm a deal with in 30 minutes. JoAnne did in fact call me back in 30 minutes but they would not make the deal. I appreciated her doing what she said. Look forward to them reconsidering my offer before I make a deal with another dealership. The vehicle, upon it's description, seemed nice.

Excellent experience!!!
I have been to a couple of infinity dealers and none of them had made me feel as comfortable as lynbrook infinity dealer. I like to be treated with respect. The sales person, Tiffany, was a very awesome person. She took her time with explaining everything that I needed to know. She made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend lynbrook infinity dealer to anyone.

They would not honor a warranty made by Legacy which was the
They wouldn't honor warranty of Legacy which use to be the name of the dealership. InfinitiUSA wouldn't help either. My dream car turned into a nightmare. A 2009 FX35 that needs $4500 repair with 70k miles.

Great Experience
I recently purchased a used SUV through Infiniti Of Lynbrook. My salesman was Tim Keegan who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and very sincere. He was a pleasure to work which made this process go smooth and stress free.. The other members of the team that I worked with were Scott Gallo, Talles Gulmaraes, Anthony Miller, and James Willis. Each of whom treated me very respectfully, and took the time to help me through the process of my purchase. great experience
I went to infinity of Lynbrook a few sundays ago and I was greeted like a valued customer from the time I walked in till I walked out. Kenneth accompanied me while I test drove the q50. He was well educated on the features as well as the engine and had answers for all my questions. great energy great atmosphere overall great guy who gave me a great experience. Thanks

Talking in this review about the Service Dept only
I have serviced my car at Infiniti of Lynbrook since 2006. I cannot say enough good things about the service writers and Bob the old Manager and Joe the newer manager. This team really wants you to be pleased with your car and it shows in their communication and follow up. Pricing is fair for a dealership that fixes issues right the first time. I have come to know some of the mechanics over the years and they are a stand up bunch that don't cut corners. John Hart, and Ricco are the writers I use most often and they are excellent all around as well as being nice people. You can take your car here with confidence.
