These guys work to accommodate the client

Pierre, Scott and Troy worked extremely hard to ensure that I left with a vehicle that I was interested in. I must admit that the salesmen there at Infiniti of Lynbrook are not pushy nor are they obnoxious. These guys were very straight forward with the entire process. I will say that the next car or truck I purchase may come from this location. THank again guys!

Best car buying experience ever

My auto purchase at Infiniti of Lynbrook was the most hassle free car buying experience in 30 years of buying cars. Rennoy and Scott were honest, informed and eager to present the best deal. I would definitely purchase another car from this dealership and would direct anyone else to do so as well

Basically the salesman and all of the staff was very courteous, helpful ,and knowledgeable which made it a very easy process for me to get into the vehicle that i wanted for the price that i wanted.

Repairing my 2009 vehicle with a dishonest dealership!!!!!

In November 2012 I brought my 2009 Infiniti to the service department to repair my radiator. I left the dealership with a ("so-called") new radiator. In June 2015, I was driving home from work and my car began over heating. My husband towed my 2009 Infiniti to his friends repair shop. My husbands friend, an experienced mechanic stated, "The is an old radiator...never replaced and you will need a new one." My husband and I were appalled and extremely upset..we couldn't believe within 2 years and 6 months we would have to purchase a brand new radiator. My husband was able to drive the car to Infiniti of Lynbrook. Once the service department completed their diagnostic test, the service department manager contacted my husband and I. He stated,"The radiator needs to be fixed, the last radiator we put in was under warranty, you don't have warranty and will need to pay for the repair." I then contacted the Infiniti complaint head office and spoke to a gentleman who stated, "Well.....you didn't pay for the 1st radiator replacement therefore you will need to pay for this radiator!" Honestly, this dealership is a "rip-off"...... the entire company has proven to be disloyal to their customers!!!!! When I went to pick up my vehicle with my husband, he opened the hood of the car, the radiator hose was not attached, allowing anti-freeze to leak. My husband was annoyed because the service department did not properly reattach the hose. I was happy that my husband was present because I would have simply driven the car with a detached hose, blowing the engine. The service manager and another employee attached the hose and the car was able to start. We researched and found a wonderful repair shop. My car was fixed in one day, with warranty. I recommend you conduct your research before you decide to give Infinti of Lynbrook any money, they are unprofessional, misleading...liars.

I am very sorry and understand your frustration. However, in 2012, the dealership was under the ownership of the Atlantic Auto Group. You are understandably upset, but with the wrong company. We sincerely apologize for any bad experience you have had with “Lynbrook Infiniti” but as of Feb. 9th, 2015 we are under new ownership and are no longer the same company. I suggest you reach out to the Auto Mall directly as they have all past records from before Feb. 9th. I hope they accommodate you for your troubles and if you need any further service, we would be happy to help.

Used car purchase

Scott and his team did a great job taking care of me when I recently purchased a 2014 Infiniti from them. They stayed late two nights in a row (as I was coming in to Lynbrook from the city) to get the deal done. Scott did exactly what he said he would do every step along the way and Tiffany was also very responsive/ helpful during the process. I got a fair deal on the trade-in and I got what I was expecting as far as price on the purchase. Fair transaction. Anthony was also great on the financing piece.

Easy Buying Experience

What a great experience. My salesman Tim Keegan and his used car manager Scott Gallo were so patient and took the time to educate me. I test drove 7 different cars and I got an amazing price on the car I decided on. I would highly recommend anyone to ask to work with Tim and Scott by name. Enjoy the same wonderful feeling of purchasing a car at a deep discount and never feeling pressured at any point.

Tallis made it happen

This was probably the best experience in purchasing my Infinity. Tallis, the sales manager made it happen and worked with me. I totally recommend them... I drove over an hour to use this dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else!! Very nice employees.

my best experience purchasing a vehicle.

I was shopping around for a family truck and Infiniti of Lynbrook was my 3rd dealership, who offered me the best deal possible. I had the pleasure of dealing with the sales manager Tallis. he was very courteous, respectful and patient with me and my wife. he was very honest and candid with us about the whole buying experience. this was my best customer service experience dealing with Tallis because of his professionalism. he really cared about what me and wife wanted to achieve. I did not feel pressured or forced into buying the car. I would definitely recommend family and friends to see the sales team at Infiniti of Lynbrook. thank you guys so much or this great experience.
