BUYER BEWARE! This company lies about the condition of vehicles, recommends an mechanic who looks at it and also lies to you telling you it's in great... condition. After this I brought the car to my own mechanic who said that there were many issues with the car including that the tire leaks, the front headlight needs to be replaced (costing ~2k), there's a problem from a previous accident and more! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
Bill switched me off a online lender who was going to charge me 19.49% and after he went through several banks having called a few personally and got me... a great interest rate. Not to mention he stayed late and got me behind the wheel that night.
I purchased a car from Bill a few weeks ago. I test drove the car and it seemed fine, after I paid for it and started to drive away and the check engine... light came on. I went right back to the dealership and told them the check engine light came on and Bill said he would take care of it. I left the car there and a week went by. I then called Bill and asked if I could just get my money back, he said he would check and call me back. Two hours later he called me back and said the car was fixed and good to go. I said ok came to pick it up. I drove it home and on the way the check engine light came back on. I then called Bill and he said he had done all he could do. There are many dealerships that stand behind their cars or even give you several hundred miles to decide if you want to keep the car, this is not one of them. Do your self a favor, go to one of those you'll be much happier!! thanks

Worked with Bill Buchelers to resolve a problem. Came to a stalemate. Was given the name of Joe Shannahan, his boss, and his private phone number and... e-mail address. Bill told me to call him or e-mail him for a final decision. I did both and never heard from him. I attempted to contact him a couple of more times with no results. A few days later I drove to the dealership hoping to meet the boss. He was not in but another person by the name of Bob, had no business card, status unknown, took the time to listen to my complaint and scheduled an appointment. While the car was being worked on Mr. Shannahan walked in. I had not met him, I assumed it was him, so I asked, "are you Joe Shannahan"? In a very defensive way, he asked me, "who wants to know"? It went down hill from there. They may be good at selling vehicles but their Public Relations lacks expertise.
Buyer BEWARE! Lied about car being detailed. It wasn't. Omitted accident that curved radiator. easily found by another mechanic. I'm not a mechanic. I... trusted select to sell me a good car. They took advantage of that. They did offer to repair it, for an additional $540! What! this should have been repaired before the car was even sold. Owner (Joe Shanahan) didn't returned calls / emails because "too busy" for customer. When confronted in person, he was rude to my father, and then said he wanted to give a bad review of him. What! 0 customer service once they have your money. Buyer BEWARE!! Note, my comments are in retrospect and 4 weeks after buying the car. Bill was a silver tongue salesman that just wanted to "make me happy" - his words. He Didn't. and when given an opportunity to make it better, he didn't.
