I called this dealer looking for a particular vehicle. I explained that I was a widow who just needed reliable transportation. They promised to try and work on a deal then I never heard back from them. I have left several emails and phone messages but they refused to contact me back. Great treatment of someone who just needs a little help.

Bought my car, it was an ok process. Had a couple minor issues pop up that needed fixed on my car. I tried contacting my sales person and he never emailed me back so I called and he said he would let the lot manager know I was dropping by the next day. So, I got a baby sitter and show up and he wasn't even told I was coming. So, I give him my info and he assures me that he will call me to set something up to fix the 2 small issues. It has been a week and no call so I contact "Frenchy" and he assures me I will get a call by lunch time today... No call, still no call and no response to 2 emails today. Don't go here. They want your money and don't care about you after. Also, no one ever called me to see how I liked my car. No email, nothing. Not impressed.

This was a good overall experience in buying a car. No pressure sales, and they were willing to work with me and my budget.
