First visit to this dealership Just put a new service truck into operation. Minor confusion on programming a new key. Service advisor Charlotte Hines very helpful and turned a negative first impression into a positive one. Looking forward to long term relationship with Victor Chevrolet.

Would give negative rating for customer service if I

Would give negative rating for customer service if I could. No concern for customer needs, poor attention to detail and blatant lying. Was told our car would be taken care of within week when we had it towed for maintenance issue. The next day was informed they couldn't even look at our car for two more weeks and have no loaners available. Spoke with two "leaders" - neither of which cared to actual help find a workable solution and told me that my experience "did not matter". Looking at other reviews on the service provided, will eagerly pay out of pocket to have car serviced elsewhere. Should have done more research in advance but think we dodged a bullet getting our car out of here ASAP.

Hands down Victor Chevrolet makes your experience great. They stand above all other dealerships I have dealt with, from the Utica to Rochester area. Tom thanks again for always going above and beyond. Victor Chevy, you and the staff always make such a easy seamless transaction. I have dealt with plenty of dealerships but you guys really do outshine them all. Shout out to the whole staff Scott Frey in sales, Tom with all and any questions and the Victor dealership as a whole.

I was told if I put a deposit they would take $500 off.

I was told if I put a deposit they would take $500 off. I asked and after I put my deposit they said that they couldn't take the $500 off they promised. I'm now looking for a pick up truck in the $40K range, I will NOT purchase from Victor ever again!! You guys kept guessing at why my van was messing up. Another almost $1,000 down the drain my van needed a new tranny nothing you guys fixed was the problem.

So very positive

I can't thank the staff enough for my purchase! I was there even before the doors opened just to give them my business. They worked with me with such ease and took into consideration my needs and wants. Jerry, my salesperson, was GREAT to work with and the whole process was done professionally and with everything being transparent so I left with no questions or regrets. I have purchased many vehicles from Victor Chevy and every experience just gets better and better. I drove away in my new Chevy with a HUGE smile knowing I made the right choice to purchase from them again!

VICTOR CHEVY SAYS THEY HAVE NO CORPORATE NUMBER, OKAY ILL CALL ALBANY AND CONTACT CHEVY AND GM AND LET THEM KNOW HOW WE WERE TREATED FOR TWO CUSTOMERS PURCHASING TWO BRAND NEW VEHICLES THAT ARE PAID OFF. WE WILL SEE HOW THEY FEEL ABOUT THAT CUSTOMER DEALERSHIP RELATIONSHIP. DONT TAKE YOUR BRAND NEW VEHICLES TO VICTOR CHEVY, LET ALONE TRUST THEM WITH ANY VEHICLE! THE GM, ROCCO, CALLED US, CUSTOMER, SCAMMERS. SCAMMERS!? ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW? ISSUE 1- THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR RIMS WHEN ROTATING TIRES AND TRY TO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND THEN TRY TO FIX THEIR MESS UP ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND DRIVE THE CAR OVER 100 MILES FINDING SOMEONE TO FIX THEIR MESS UP WITHOUT EVEN TELLING US THEY WERE DRIVING MY CAR TO SCOTTSVILLE ON TWO OCCASIONS PUTTING OVER 100 MILES ON MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHES ON MY POWDER COATED RIM PREVIOUSLY BECAUSE IT WAS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE ONLY SERVICED WITH A CHEVY/GM DEALER! THE GM, ROCCO, GAVE US HIS WORD THAT HE WOULD BE THERE ON THE DAY OF THE THIRD TIME OF MY RIM "TRYING" TO GET FIXED!" HE WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AND LIED ABOUT GIVING HIS PERSONAL GUARENTEE ABOUT IT BEING FIXED CORRECTLY AND TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR PUTTING OVER 100 MILES ON MY BRAND NEW VEHCILE WITHOUT CONSENTING WITH ME FIRST UNDER MY INSURNACE. SINCE ROCCO WAS MIA, I FOUND THE SALES MANAGER, ED SERVANTI, AND HE OFFERED A FREE FUEL UP AND OIL CHANGE FOR ROCCO NOT BEING AROUND AND THE ISSUES OF THEM TAKING MY CAR ON MULTIPLE OOCCASIONS WHEN WE WERE TOLD THE RIM DOCTOR WAS COMIMG TO VICTOR. AT THE POINT, I DONT TRUST THEM TO TOUCH MY VEHICLE AGAIN. THE BEST PART IS WHEN YOU CALL ROCCOS NUMBER LISTED ON THE VICTOR CHEVY WEBSITE, 585.721.4597 - HEATHER STRONG IS THE ONE WHO ANSWERED EVEN THOUGH SHE WILL DENY IT WAS HER AND ARGUED, I MEAN ARGUED WITH ME AND SAID I HAD THE WRONG NUMBER. I LEFT VOICEMAILS FOR ROCCO WITH NO RETURN CALLS BUT ONCE IN THE BEGINNING WHEN GIVING US HIS GUARENTEE THAT HE WOULD BE THERE AND WASNT. HOW PATHETIC! WE HAD THE OTHER SERVICED A FEW TIMES AND IT WAS ONLY EVER SERVICED BY AGAIN, VICTOR CHEVY! NO ONE ELSE HAS TOUCHED OUR VEHICLES. ISSUE 1- THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR RIMS WHEN ROTATING TIRES AND TRY TO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AND THEN TRY TO FIX THEIR MESS UP ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS AND DRIVE THE CAR OVER 100 MILES FINDING SOMEONE TO FIX THEIR MESS UP WITHOUT EVEN TELLING US THEY WERE DRIVING MY CAR TO SCOTTSVILLE ON TWO OCCASIONS PUTTING OVER 100 MILES ON MY BRAND NEW VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHES ON MY POWDER COATED RIM PREVIOUSLY BECAUSE IT WAS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE ONLY SERVICED WITH A CHEVY/GM DEALER! THE GM, ROCCO, GAVE US HIS WORD THAT HE WOULD BE THERE ON THE DAY OF THE THIRD TIME OF MY RIM "TRYING" TO GET FIXED!" HE WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND AND LIED ABOUT GIVING HIS PERSONAL GUARENTEE ABOUT IT BEING FIXED CORRECTLY AND TO MAKE IT RIGHT FOR PUTTING OVER 100 MILES ON MY BRAND NEW VEHCILE WITHOUT CONSENTING WITH ME FIRST UNDER MY INSURNACE. SINCE ROCCO WAS MIA, I FOUND THE SALES MANAGER, ED SERVANTI, AND HE OFFERED A FREE FUEL UP AND OIL CHANGE FOR ROCCO NOT BEING AROUND AND THE ISSUES OF THEM TAKING MY CAR ON MULTIPLE OOCCASIONS WHEN WE WERE TOLD THE RIM DOCTOR WAS COMIMG TO VICTOR. AT THE POINT, I DONT TRUST THEM TO TOUCH MY VEHICLE AGAIN. THE BEST PART IS WHEN YOU CALL ROCCOS NUMBER LISTED ON THE VICTOR CHEVY WEBSITE, 585.721.4597 - HEATHER STRONG IS THE ONE WHO ANSWERED EVEN THOUGH SHE WILL DENY IT WAS HER AND ARGUED, I MEAN ARGUED WITH ME AND SAID I HAD THE WRONG NUMBER.
