Tried charging me over 1200.00 on a truck with only 20000 miles for brakes all the way around. Brought the truck to another dealer and they told me front brakes were great yet..thank you Bob Johnson chev. in Avon .Obviously Victor Chevrolet tried ripping me off and I bought two trucks there...worst Chevrolet dealer in the area beware!

Were on time with what they were going to do with my car.

In 45 years of driving... the repairs on my colorado were the worst example of customer service I have ever had. They had the vehicle 3 times in a month trying to solve a gas leak problem. That lead its way to one wrong repair and parts replacement after another. OBVIOUSLY, the mechanic(s) didn't know what they were doing. The service manager was real good at making up excuses with one delay after another. $900 later and..... Then, i was told that the front brakes, hub, and evap cannister needed replacement. $1300. That took a week.... LOL. If i were the owner of this chevy dealership I would fire the whole service department and get people that know what they are doing. NO EXCUSE!!!! I gave this location a shot twice... and got burned twice. Back to Farnsworth Chevy where after 10 years never had anything even close to these issues.

Amazing experience. No one wasted our time. Vehicle was presented as described. No hidden fees, markups or attempts to switch to another vehicle on the lot. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the ease of this purchase. Especially considering this unique sellers market we are experiencing.

When bringing my 2019 Silverado in for a NYS inspection I was told that it needed new brakes all the way around and the total cost would be $1220 plus tax plus inspection fee. The truck had just over 20000 easy miles on it... I have never needed both pads and rotars before on such a low mileage vehicle and decided to check elsewhere... I brought the truck over to Bob Johnson Chevrolet in Avon and asked them to do an inspection and to pay particular attention to the brakes... they told me without a doubt that the rear brakes were hammered and replaced them... The front brakes they said were in great shape... I never told them about going to victor chevrolet... The total with tax and NYS inspection fees were only $377. .. So was Victor Chevrolet trying to rip me off for an additional $900.00?? I will let the readers decide for themselves.... I know where my future money will be spent... Bob Johnson Chevrolet...

Steve was an extremely professional helper who took time to Intuit my needs answered all my questions presented me with great options as well as being Very patient! I can't say enough good things about his attention to details when he was working with me! He truly went above& beyond including being there when I picked up my vehicle! Loved him for all he did!

I have now purchased 3 vehicles in the last year from Victor Chevrolet and in particular all 3 from salesman Steven Villone. Steve is wonderful to deal with as is Victor Chevrolet!! I would highly recommend!!
