I stopped by to Rentschler Chevrolet in Slating ton just to see what options I had due to a new job requiring much more travel. In 2 1/2 hours I was walking out with my new Equinox! Thank you for understanding my situation and goals for this vehicle. Every employee that was part of the process was very polite, did their job in timely manner and were very efficient.

They even gave me a brand new loaner so I could get back and forth to work while they replaced my transmission in my Chevy Silverado. When I do buy another vehicle it will only be at Rentschler

#1 WORST EVER!!!
There is absolutely ZERO professionalism! No one shook my hand, no one welcomed me and the finance guy gave me attitude and then had the audacity to ask why I was upset! These guys are clearly not ready to nor want to answer questions related to cars!!! If I ask you about what the early lease termination fee will be for a car I am about to lease and all you can do is stumble and point to the destination fee on the paperwork (which is not the correct fee) and then try and gloss over it and say “well it’s all waived in the end anyway” but can’t even tell me or show me that rate fee - that says it all. There are several takeaways 1. Do your homework before you walk in because I promise you their salesman is a joke. 2. Their finance guy is rude, obnoxious and despises women who ask questions. There is no doubt in my mind these guys still have the 1950’s attitude that women should be seen and not heard. 3. They made multiple mistakes filling out the paperwork with wrong addresses- then their corrected version- yup STILL WRONG! Seriously? So now that’s the sales Dept that can’t answer my questions, the secretary cant transpose information from a drivers license to a contract accurately - not once but TWICE (it’s typing an address-it’s not rocket science) and a finance guy who clearly hates being forced to stand up AND answer a woman’s question on the first try. Stand up for yourselves! Don’t stop until you get your questions answered in writing! Remember all you are is a signature to them. They don’t care about you- they want your money and your mouth shut while they’re getting it. If you don’t stand up for yourself then that’s your fault. You have a voice - please use it for yourself and for others. I’d like to thank the incompetent and inept staff for providing me the opportunity to rate them #1 WORST DEALER AND #1 WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Congratulations on your “award”. No one deserves it more. The two reasons I didn’t walk out were because that exact vehicle was the only one we could find like it and to put these guys on notice that their behavior is deplorable and everyone deserves to know what they’re doing is wrong. My promise is this: I will NEVER bother any of you ever again; I will NEVER walk into ANY of your dealerships and I will NEVER have any regrets for fighting for myself and for what’s right.

Honest family owned no pressure atmosphere.
I bought my first brand new car at Rentschler’s 30 years ago from Bob W. It was a great experience. Over the years our family has purchased many cars here. In January 2020 I bought my Traverse. Heather was my salesperson. I really enjoyed working with her. She is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. The whole transaction with Heather was stress free. While shopping I also met John and the General Manager Greg they both were very friendly. The staff makes you feel welcomed without the car sales pressure. My trade in offer was very reasonable and stress free. While at the dealership I ran into Bob from parts. It was nice to see a familiar face. Bob even remembered that my first car purchase from Rentschler was a Corsica. Over the years the dealership has been remodeled but still offers the honest family owned no pressure atmosphere.

great sales and service
Our son and wife has bought 2 new Chevy Trucks here at Rentschler and with good deals and I purchased 2 certified's from 2 other dealers = one 445 miles away and another 50 miles away only because they had what I was looking for and nobody else did but I have them serviced here at Rentschler's and they are very good at the sales with follow up after the sale and while I was there getting our Trax serviced I questioned a salesman about an option on the new 2020 Chevy trucks of the new camera system available and he answered my questioned in detail and did not brush me off and the service department even though I was late for my appointment they got me in and out quickly and explained what they did.

Taylor our salesman was great...........We only came to look...but is was a no pressure sale. He knows his product. Instead of walking around the lot to see what is available, we sat DOWN and were able to decide B4 we went outside. Very relaxed sale. We would come back here.............
