    We had the pleasure of meeting Ingrid at your dealership. We went on a test drive and decided the vehicle did not meet our needs. Although we did not... purchase, Ingrid was very professional and considerate of our time and provided us with everything we needed to know without the pressure. We will definitely consider Acura of Salem in the future and would share our positive experience with friends and neighbors.

    I had a 9AM appointment for a northwest treatment package. This day you were short on help moving cars through the service line. I was taken to the show... toom and told my sales girl would come to help me. After waiting about 20 minutes I called her and was told she quit yesterday. No one still in his area to answer questions or help. Pulled through to the other side of the building but no one around. Drove down the road and come back through the service line. A nice young girl went to find me help. Almost an hour from my appointment time she takes me to Duane. He sad he had a meeting and gave a half hearted sorry. He did not call to let me know my car was ready for pickup. He didn???t know where the keys were when we arrived. No follow-up instructions on treatment. Just a good bye. wish I would have bought a Toyota. They rock!

    We worked with Gayle Rachtman, and what a great experience from the moment we walked on the lot, until we drove off the lot owning a new truck. It was... a very smooth experience and would highly Recommend Gayle for any vehicle purchase. The whole team was great! They were all helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.     Our experience was amazing! I called Lisa on Thursday afternoon and drove my new RDX off the lot on Friday afternoon. She was responsive, attentive and... professional through and through!     My wife and I purchased a brand new 2019 RDX Advanced along with a list of Accessories that my wife picked out. The sales person Lisa Upax was fantastic... to work with as she showed us all the new things for Acura in 2019. Lisa knew her stuff and we were impressed with her and the car as we test drove it. The dealership was easy to work with as we found our correct financing option and the rest is history as we now own this beautiful white 2019 RDX. The service department put on or installed all our requested vehicle options and everything was done on time and the car looked immaculate. This was our easiest and finest car buying experience thus so far and we look forward to Salem Acura keeping our car in tip top shape while we put on the miles from days to come.
