Awesome Service and Sweet Car!

Thanks to the team at Acura Salem for making my purchase of the sweet 2020 RLX an awesome experience. Cyndy was great - always wanting to make sure that I was moving at a pace I was comfortable with .... even texted back and forth with me as questions popped up over the two weeks I took to purchase. Mike and Chris made the back-end paperwork efficient and pleasant (even adjusting to my travel schedule for coating the car, storage and getting the keys taken care of). Big high five in the staff meeting for these folks; thanks for a good experience. When I make my first million I’ll be back for one of those $100K sports cars.

No pressure sales

We had worked with Abel Cardona online before driving from Washington State to Salem, Oregon. Abel was very knowledgeable and friendly. Best of all, no high pressure sales. We were able to buy the car we wanted at a better price than we could find in Washington. It was worth the drive.

Fine experience

Abel was so easy to work with, but then he has to go get his Manager, of course, to make all the decisions. Luckily, we were Abel to come to an agreement within ONLY 2 1/2 hours.

Buying New Car!

I absolutely loved Cyndy. She was great from the start, wasn’t pushy but did her job, she’s very attentive and genuinely cared about how I’m feeling with the car and and gave me comfort when deciding to make such a big purchase. Bernardo was also very nice and very helpful, he walked me through everything right before I left, he’s great. I would have given a 5 star to Acura but due to some management, it’s going to be a 4 for overall dealership rating.

Abel came through

I was looking for a red Acura with low miles, tan, ventilated and heated seats. He had just taken one in that day. We were in the middle of moving our son and had been looking for cars for months. Abel was able get us into the car at a price we could agree on and even stayed late to accommodate our schedule. Would highly recommend him!! Even got to talk to the guys cleaning up the car and service. Everyone has been very kind!

No pressure during negotiation and good deal

I had an amazing experience working with Abel. I did all the negotiations over text and there was no pressure during this process. I got a good deal and decided to purchase my 2020 RDX. Dealership was professional in handling this deal. Overall a good experience.

Incredibly

Trying to have a good deal is really hard this days... Driving by we decide to stop and take a pick what they have on inventory... George was the sales guy that came and talk and he made possible to have a new SUV... George looked for a really nice deal plus the best interest rate for me... George and Mike made it easy working together to give me a really good deal!!! Thanks guys
