William was great.
William was great. The paperwork and appraisal processes take too long. I’ve been in the dealership for 2.5 hours for a car I knew I wanted and a trade in that is clean. All that said, the folks that work here are super nice and they gave me a great deal! Just work on the paperwork time and it would be 5 stars!

If you have time to spend, then I would recommend this dealership. My transaction took forever and I came with a check. I didn't get a demo of the car's features. And trying to reach finance after my purchase never resulted in a return call.
