Due to supply chain issues it has been hard finding a car

Due to supply chain issues it has been hard finding a car you want at a fair price. Mr. Green was able to work with me in finding a great car at a great price. Prior to visiting Heritage Toyota, I have had a very bad

Prior to visiting Heritage Toyota, I have had a very bad experience with two other dealerships, so my expectation was not high when I visited Heritage. But Dayanna Gamez, my sale associate was awesome and very patient with me. She did not try any aggressive sale tactic with me. The manager was also very nice and I felt very comfortable during the process. They help me purchase a 4 runner limited. They even called twice after I purchased the vehicle to thank me for my business.

The dealership made my experience excellent.

The dealership made my experience excellent. The salesman, Alexander Kaftol, provided the best service making sure that every step that was taken was done smoothly without any hiccups or errors. I was extremely pleased with his service.

John Kim, the general manager, is terribly rude, bossy

John Kim, the general manager, is terribly rude, bossy and arrogant. His sales manager Chris cheated. Chris told me again and again that he would give me a better price than listed on a promotional email to me if I went to his store when I asked him about his price over the phone. I told him it would take me 1 and a half hours to get to his store, so I did not want to waste my time if his price was not better. He kept promising his price and refused to give me the price over the phone. After I got to the store, Chris was not available, so John Kim talked with me. He told me the price but it's higher than the list price. I told him what Chris promised me and I wanted Chris to apologize to me. John Kim refused to ask Chris to come and asked us to leave, otherwise he would call the police. He does not care what I was told by Chris and said he could do wahtever he wanted as this was his store. He did call the police and we had to leave as the store is a private property.

Upon contacting the dealership in the dealership I was

Upon contacting the dealership in the dealership I was welcomed and my sales representative Katie Harold was very helpful, insightful, and all around amazing. I wound up leaving with a vehicle that I very much love at a great price and great prize and I would recommend command not only the dealership but my sales representative to anyone. And I will be returning for another vehicle soon for my roommate.

Stephanie went over and beyond what a great customer
