Typical car salesmen.

Typical car salesmen....Didnt listen to what I was aying, added costs to the price that were nonsense, hardsell on additional services and warranties even though I repeatedly said no thank you. Pretty sure all car dealers are the same. The 2 guys who delivered the car to my house, Joe and Joe were extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

I’ve bought or leased several cars from Angel and just keep going back. Having Rob oversee everything is very reassuring. Tiffani has a solid grasp of the numbers. Just one more thing to put icing on the cake.....I wanna meet Mariano!!!!!!

Bought a used car from them recently ~6/15/25.

Bought a used car from them recently ~6/15/25. Agreed on a pick up time. First off, there is like zero coordination between sales and finance. Finance told us one time, sales told us another; the result was us waiting for ~3 hours in their show room to leave with the car. The worst part was finance "played with the numbers" to get a warrantee on my used car. Inflating the cars value with banks to earn the warrantee. She seemed more concerned with selling the warrantee, than getting us the car. We were told the warrantee would cost ~$40 a month... turns out it's wildly more expensive, to the tune of ~$116 / month for 60 months. Essentially doubling the price of the car we were buying. My bank denied the loan because they inflated the price so much to get the warrantee. Then trying to get the person on the phone from finance, who tried to sell us on this a week after was like pulling teeth. I left multiple voicemails with no returned calls days later. Then called like a dozen times, maybe more, to get anyone to pick up the phone. Every time you call the person you wanna speak to will be in a meeting or not at their desk and will not return your phone call "later". Ridiculous. Don't trust what anyone here tells you. Also, dealership did not fully address the open recalls on the used car which I was told would be resolved. When I asked them about that, they said I could bring it to any Toyota Dealership to have those recalls addressed. THE CAR WAS ON YOUR LOT FOR ALMOST ALMOST 2 WEEKS WITH OPEN RECALLS. RESOLVE THE RECALLL PROIR TO THE SALE. xxx? Just go somewhere else honestly if you want less hassle, so many excuses. They just don't seem to want to be bothered with anything after the sale happens. Honestly I'd just leave the car on their lot if they'd void the sale just to prove a point and buy elsewhere. If that's an option, they should let me know cuz I'll make that happen right now. Also, not that it should matter, I'm a huge Yankees fan. Which makes me that much more disappointed that they're treating people like this at the dealership. Seriously disappointed.
