Gregory and bay ridge were great. I had apprehension as I was buying my first real car (and first new one). I was up front about what I wanted after having done research (a 11 crv lx or exl) and went to this dealer thinking I would test drive but then negotiate online. I asked q few questions I knew the answer to to get a sense of reliability (honesty and knowleldge). The answers were spot on. Price was also great. I was offered invoice (simply due to the fact that the 12 is a redesign), which was the market value according to edmunds. My wife later came for her own test drive and we brought my son and his car seat to see how to install it (dealers won't test drive w baby in the car for obvious reasons). There was no push to get options I didn't want or to upsell me which I really appreciated (and frankly would have caused me to walk out). And afterward I had a few small questions about the car (ie how to move the rear cargo tie downs) after reading the manual. Greg got back to me lightening fast w the right answer. The kicker was that when my wife was on her test drive, I asked anotyher salesman(who I told I was working w Greg) about the baby seat placement and he was super helpful even though he was nit going to be fianancially rewarded. His name was Samir, so that is my plug for him! Would recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat.

I was directed to Frank Baldassare because of the Costco...
I was directed to Frank Baldassare because of the Costco auto purchase program. By all measures, this is the least painful and the most efficient that I had ever experienced in car purchase. I purchased several new cars in my life. Each time, I had to spend time with the salesman and/or the manager for them to sell me the extra stuff (LoJack, extended warranty, etc.) that I don't need or want. Frank was honest, straight forward and pleasant to deal with. He was very patient and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy anything else even with the finance manager. The price was good because it was under the Costco program. I strongly recommend Frank and Bay Ridge Honda if you plan to purchase a new Honda car.

I went to Bay Ridge Honda after a horrible experience at Plaza Honda. Everything about the 2 dealerships is as different as night and day, from being greeted at reception, through the sale, and financing....everyone at Bay Ridge Honda was attentive to our needs, responsive to our questions both at the dealership and after with follow up phone calls and emails for all the information we requested. The overall feel of the store seems truly based on the customer and NOT just the sale. I truly feel that our salesman Robert Scarpaci was honest with us through the entire process...and wanted us to be happy with the car, and he was more concerned with that..then with the actual sale. I would recommend this dealership to any friend looking for a new car.

DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT, if you ever decide for whatever...
DO NOT LEAVE A DEPOSIT, if you ever decide for whatever reason to not purchase the car, even though they say its 100% refundable, it is a lie. They cheat you for your money. STAY AWAY. I had to call my bank to get my deposit back. I am also telling all my friends and family to never go there. It was a nice experience at first, but they rush you to pick up the car right away. I went in for a new car, spoke to a salesman, very friendly. But once they lure you in, that's it. They get cocky, and if you don't buy from them, they get very arrogant. I was planning to come back but after they lied about refunding my deposit, I'm going to Jersey.

He is unbelievably patient, respectful, courteous, and wonderful!
