Let me start off by saying that I traveled from Cincinnati, Ohio to purchase a Honda Pilot. I flew in on a Friday and had a horrible experience with another Honda dealer in New York before visiting Bay Ridge Honda. I was there when the doors opened on Saturday morning and was greeted immediately by Paul Berry. I had done extensive research and knew exactly what vehicle I was looking for. Paul and I started to work out the details on the price and extended Honda Care warranty. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend Paul and the entire staff at Bay Ridge Honda to anyone looking for a great, no pressure, used car buying experience. Their customer service is outstanding! I made the 12 hour drive back to Cincinnati in my "new" '07 Pilot, thankful for having the opportunity to work with someone like Paul. I can assure you that I will be contacting Paul when I'm ready to purchase my next Honda. Thanks Paul!

Karim Mohammed was a very friendly and extremely competent sales person. He kept in constant contact with me to assure that the process of leasing the auto was completed with out any issues. In addition, Karim explained every detail of the car when I picked up the automobile. He always had a smile and a friendly attitude. Honda is lucky to have such a valuable employee. From the moment I entered the dealership the salesman, Robert Scarpaci, was courteous warm friendly and very patient. He listened to my needs and wants. He was very thorough in showing me what was available to me and what would fit my needs. He was very understandable in explaining the various costs entailed and the options that I had. I felt he was honest, sincere and really wanted to make sure that I got just what I wanted and fit my needs. He explained all the financial options that were available.Once i decided what I wanted he took me for a test drive to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He was patient with all my questions and concerns. The delivery was timely and pleasurable. I could not have been more satisfied with him and all that serviced me. It indeed was a good experience.

Paul Berry provided excellent salesmanship and customer service. All my needs were met and he stood in constant communication with me thru the process. Jeff Goldberg handled day of delivery due to Paul being off, and was very attentive to my needs. Also recognition needs to be payed to Craig Bono in Finance for an amazing job getting me the best possible deal on my financing. Great team over at Bay Ridge Honda!!

The whole process from the moment I walked into the showroom until the moment we drove off with the vehicle could not have gone any smoother. We got the car we wanted, in the color we wanted for a very competetive price. The vehicle came in sooner than expected and when we came to pick it up, everything was waiting for us. No pressure at any point. The team we worked with knew the vehicle they were selling and did not have to refer to manuals to answer any questions we had. The environment is clean and professional. When I called in, my messages were responded to in a timely manner. No complaints.

My husband and I found ourselves in the dealership needing a new car. I had just been is a car accident and had my suv totaled in the accident. Anthony the sales man was a very likeable and open person to converse with. We roamed around the spacious showroom looking at various cars. Anthony Scrapaci was on hand when we had a question, he was enthusiastic and very informative each and every time we turned to him. The dealership had a very warm and positive vibe from the receptionist to the loan expert. After the purchase of my Pilot I called Anthony with further questions and he was great. Not only did I buy a fantastic vehical but the service the just as wonderful. Also I noticed that other customer seem just as pleased as I was. Honda owners getting their car service enjoyed walking around the dealership as they waited. As far as pricing goes for my Pilot Anthony and the senior sales man were able the get the vehical into my target range.

I was reaching my boiling point with sleazy salesmen and dealerships when I walked into Bay Ridge Honda. It was the third time I had come into the dealership within a two month span, and always walked away with professional, courteous, and most importantly comfortable experience. I walked into the dealership, was greeted by their friendly receptionists and Mike B. had introduced himself. He knew I was there for a car, and we quickly trimmed the fat and got right to the point. Within 20 minutes, I was on my way into a new car without any pressure. I must admit that walking into a dealership is quite overwhelming as a woman due to previous experiences and of course history. I never felt that way with Bay Ridge Honda, and felt that they strive to make everyone and anyone comfortable in their own skin. They sell reliable cars, have professional sales and finance staff members, and most importantly embrace you as a family. I picked up my CRV the next day (less than 24 hours later) and Mike took all the time in the world to answer any and all questions (no matter how small and sometimes unrelated they may be.) He doesn't waste your time, and gets you into the car you want and you walk away a winner. If you go into Bay Ridge Honda, definitely ask to work with Mike B, although I'm confident you'll have a great experience with any of their professionals.

My husband and I were very happy and satisfied with the service we were given by Jeff Goldberg at Bay Ridge Honda. We were referred to this dealership by Costco's Auto Program and Jeff found us a 2007 Honda Accord LX with only 13,460 miles. With Costco's program there was no price haggling. Jeff informed us that the Costco price would be $500 less than the lowest price listed for the car. I had told Jeff that I had previously test driven a Honda Accord but could not consider buying it because the previous owner was a smoker and the entire car smelled of cigarettes and the upholstery had cigarette butt burns. This car was very clean inside and out. After test driving it, we proceeded to finish the sale. Although we were ready to pay in cash, we asked Jeff to find out if financing was available as we were preparing for our first wedding in the family. I received a call from CJ and was given an interest rate which was not what we expected, so my husband and I decided to pay in cash. I told Jeff that we were surprised at the high interest rate we were given considering our credit rating and he told us he would speak to CJ. We were very pleased to hear back from CJ after a few hours giving us a much lower rate 2.49% that allowed us to keep our cash in case we needed it for the wedding. The car and all the paperwork was ready when we arrived to pick up the car. Jeff took the time to give us a long lesson on how to use all the controls in the car and even gave me a test to make sure I was listening and had taken in all the information! We highly recommend Jeff Goldberg, CJ and Bay Ridge Honda!

Smooth lease transaction-- I recommend this dealer The salesman was friendly and answered all questions. The car was ready for pick up the same day. Of course I would have liked a better price but I am satisfied. All phone calls I made with questions were answered immediately. Other salespeople in the dealership were also very friendly and went out of their way to say hello.
