    I was looking for a good value on a slightly used, S5 Sportback. Found the car on Cars.com and reached out to Audi Stuart. Response was prompt and thorough.... Within 2 weeks, the car was on my driveway in Michigan. My sales expert, Scott Rubenstein was knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and responsive. It is worth noting here that I never saw my S5 in person until it was delivered, so my purchase was largely based on my interactions with Scott and other staff at Audi Stuart. I am extremely satisfied as to how everything worked out and would wholeheartedly recommend Scott and Audi Stuart to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Audi, even if from afar. I love my new car; it was perfectly represented by the dealer and I am thankful for the honestly, diligence, and integrity from Scott and the staff at Audi Stuart.

    I started the day intent on learning more about Audi's current models, but I finished it buying a pre-owned A6. Our salesman was Justin Perez who could... not have been better. On that basis, I can easily give the dealership 4 stars. He gave me a feel that I was dealing with a first rate dealership. We liked the car we bought, but were in no hurry to close a deal on the spot. It was when we dealt with Wayne Villao that I felt we were being strong armed. In retrospect, I should have avoided that encounter, perhaps my mistake. I am happy with the purchase, but two things bothered me - (1) I had to wait 1 1/2 hours to meet the Finance man who informed me he was taking title to my car that day and effecting a closing. That was unnecessary, but obviously that is the way business is done. (2) They replaced all four tires, which was necessary, but they put on the cheapest tires I could find on line. Again, if I have to replace them in two years, I'll buy Michelin, but that option was not afforded me. I am not at all negative on the dealership, but these two details are niggling experiences.

    I give high marks for customer service to Bryan Bornmann. I had contacted a number of other Audi dealers attempting to locate a vehicle that met my specifications.... He was the only one who took the time and effort to locate a vehicle that met those specifications rather than try to sell me a vehicle that was in stock or a different model. He kept me informed throughout the process. Bryan spent a significant amount of time at delivery insuring I understood not only the technology but also everything I needed to know to fully enjoy the driving experience of my new Q5. In addition, Bryan called me the next day to follow-up and inquire if I had any additional questions and offered his assistance in answering an questions I may have in the future.

    3 Audi's later and still a happy Audi owner. Quality service each time I visit Audi Stuart. They will make it right! Must say it is refreshing to know... they care. Andy, Tony, Wyatt and Mike have all provided professional service. I would also like to mention Devon for his great leadership at Audi and Cynthia and Debbie for always providing the best customer experience. Keep on keeping on and never change the commitment to platinum service. Really miss George De Jardens attention to detail.
