I almost got taken advantage of!

I almost got taken advantage of! George Acosta the service rep told me that my AC compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. George quoted me for $ 6,680 after he had given me a “discount “. He told me that if I didn’t get it fixed, the compressor would start blowing debris into the engine and destroy the car. My husband and I started questioning the integrity of his report after we read negative reviews about him on google. We took the car to another service location to get a second opinion. We were told that the compressor was in perfect condition but the Freon was a little low .We got everything done for less than $400. I caution everyone when dealing with George Acosta!

Disappointed that a clear explanation of the recall

Disappointed that a clear explanation of the recall repair wasn't provided I've complained for over two years that the car's range (226 stated when purchased)was never reached. The software update fixed the defect that was never admitted by Audi.
