I love my Audi

I never imagined buying a vehicle would be so easy, being a female first time buyer I was very intimidated to say the least. Fortunately for me I landed at Luxury Auto Maxx of Tinley, IL. It was there I had the pleasure of doing business with Jason, he made all my worries go away and put in the best fit vehicle for my lifestyle and needs!

Good experience

I went into the dealership with my family looking for a car or truck. After I test drove a few cars, I picked one out and Jason was nice to us showed us all the features and benefits of the car and buying from Luxury Automax. They inspect their cars before selling them. He offered me a rate lower than my bank offered me. I was really happy with the whole experience. 5 stars from me, thank you.

Definitely Recommend

I loved this dealership. I support small businesses and family owned establishments whenever I can, and as soon as I showed up to the lot they made me feel right at home. My salesman was patient and answered all my questions. Before I decided on my car he made sure I loved it, because he wanted to make sure I was truly happy with my purchase. 5 stars would definitely recommend!

Finally a place that doesn’t treat u like a number

I brought my car here because I finally found a all white Hyundai for my wife (because that's the only freaking color she loves). I had the best experience but I was really sketchy about the place because of the bad reviews on Yelp. I ain't gonna lie, best price I could find during this crazy times and the extended warranty came automatically because it had low miles and when I called Hyundai they rolled the manufacturer warranty.

"The Auction won't let me, so I can't let you"

I called Jason at Luxury Automax to schedule a test drive of a Range Rover and then an inspection at the local Land Rover service department by a certified Land Rover mechanic that have a specialized skillset and tools for dealing with Land Rovers. This is pretty standard for car buyers that know not to just buy a used vehicle from an independent dealer based on how it "looks." Jason said no, which wasn't really a problem for me considering that most sellers will allow it, even when they know that the car has problems. It was what Jason stated as his reason that caused me alarm and motivated me to share this interaction. Jason said that he wouldn't allow me to get an inspection before buying because the auction (which is where he gets his vehicles) doesn't let him get an inspection first, so he won't allow me to get one. This told me that he knows that the vehicle won't do well under inspection, but more importantly it gave me a sense of his personality type, his perspective on customer service, and his temperment. He actually thought that this weird and offensive statement was okay to say to a potential customer. He thinks that because his business model requires him to buy vehicle without knowing their health, that his customers who aren't in the business, should also buy blindly. But perhaps he already knew that I was not the type of buyer he wanted with the type of vehicles that he is selling. Jason then went on to further justify blocking the inspection by deriding the mechanics at Land Rover saying how they don't know what the xxxx they are doing, and with the exception of one guy, the mechanics are all like children. Ironically it was Jason that I found to be the one that is child-like.

HE'S A FRAUD

please!!!!!!! Read!!!!!! don't give Jason ur Money I purchased 2007 jeep wrangle gave him $7500.00 Cash 5min after driving off his lot check engine light came on took it back..next day he wrote me a check for $7500.00 went to the bank he put a stop payment on it he thinks it's over trust me it's not. he got his truck back and my money..he's trying to get away with saying Civil court no it's criminal I'm pressing charges once the investigation over..he messed with the wrong person this time defrauding seniors out of their money..he also change the paper work to get more money from the bank loan that's fraud not civil can't say to much more because he will find out he's laughing now but not for long ...
