Worse experience owner called me names after they agreed to pay for my convertible top to be fixed. They did not pay for my top to get fixed. I had to pay out-of-pocket to retrieve my car. Went back to the dealership To give them the receipt for what I paid the owner called me names told me he’s not gonna pay me, but I recorded the whole incident on video at the end of the conversation. He told me if I delete the video and promise not to post it that he will pay me I kept the video he still has not paid me. Do not buy from this place they will be nice till they have to do something for you

Cars are garbage bought from an auction,they don’t even service them ask for service record and you will get a big story.buyer beware

Worth the travel and time. I flew from SLC to Phoenix to pickup my purchase a GLK 2015 Mercedes. Bare in mind a purchase sight unseen takes a lot of confidence going in. Once I arrived it was a quick test drive - just to confirm the mechanics were good and I was familiar with the car. Under an hour, I was done with paperwork and heading home in my new ride. 700 miles most of it through the scarcely populated Nevada and Arizona desert was uneventful...just as I hoped. Yesterday I parked my new car in my own driveway... proud of the purchase, confident it was the right car. Ryan and Mo were ready ahead of time and made everything as easy as possible. The financing they lined up was a good fit. Would I buy another car from them? Yes.

I looked at 5 or 6 other similar Odysseys around the valley, this dealers' vehicle was the only one that was perfect and was in immaculate condition both inside and outside (a few minor flaws I brought up and were addressed). I almost left the dealership empty-handed but Mo made it worth my while financially to buy. No regrets-other than the high mileage, but it's a Honda, so I know it'll run just fine over time with proper upkeep! Thanks, Mo & Ryan for dealing with my little guy with his big emotions! :)
