Very fair and respectful dealership.

On July 30 th . I bought a 2018 edge . Ryan and their team.was very professional and kind. Had a great experience plus a very nice car even the financing was fast and painless. Very fair price vehicle and they gave me a fair price on my trade in Would highly recommend this dealership and they will take good care of you.thanks all

Buyer Beware!!!

On 12/22/2021 I purchased a 2017 Ford Super Duty F-250 Crew Cab Lariat 4X4 from Nachbar Automotive (NA). I paid for the truck in cash. I purchased the truck without physically seeing and inspecting the truck. I relied upon images of the Truck from NA, an Email from NA assuring me the only damage/defect to the Truck was to the front & rear bumpers and a Pre-Sale Inspection Report by NA to decide to make the purchase. A transport company delivered the truck to me in Texas on 12/29/2021. The problem I had with NA was they did not disclose the following defects/omissions prior to the purchase and delivery of the Truck to me: 1) Damage to the driver’s side rear fender behind the wheel well, 2) No gasoline fuel tank cap, 3) Only one set of keys, 4) Auto shift to four wheel drive didn’t work, and 5) Excessive rush damage to undercarriage of Truck-See images. Items 1) through 3) were resolved after I purchased the Truck. Item 4) I resolved at my own time and expense. My local Ford Dealer Service Department recommended the most critical rusted parts/components be replaced. They also recommended having the undercarriage treated with a rust inhibitor. This work has been done and paid for. NA stated they were not aware of the excessive rust damage to the undercarriage of the Truck at the time of the delivery. This is hard to believe because of the items that were addressed during the Pre-Sale Inspection. It is my opinion this was intentionally not disclosed by NA. I asked NA to cover a portion of the replacement cost of the most critical parts/components that have been replaced by my local Ford Dealer. This total cost to me was $8,656.15. I asked NA to reimburse me for what it would have cost them to have replaced these critical parts/components. I assumed that my local Ford Dealers markup in parts and labor was 50%. So I asked NA to reimburse me $4,249.80 ($8,656.15 less sales tax of $156.55 = $8,499.60 X 50%). It is my opinion this was a very fair reimbursement request. As of 7/24/2022 NA has not even responded to my request. Warning to anyone purchasing a used vehicle from NA, have an independent inspection done of the vehicle before purchase and make sure the undercarriage of the vehicle is inspected for possible excessive rust damage-NA buys and imports a lot of the used vehicles they sell from Canada. Therefore, these vehicles have been subject to sand, salt and deicing chemical.

Outstanding grade!

Jay was so easy to work with! He made purchasing a car an enjoyable experience. I told him what I was looking for and how much money I wanted to spend, and he was able to find the perfect car. Alan Grischke of Wausau Wisconsin

After speaking with George Williams, a superb Nachbar Sales Manager, I drove all the way to the dealership to trade in my girlfriend's car on a 2016 75th Anniversary Jeep Wrangler! I have never purchase a vehicle sight unseen before and I have owned many vehicles. George's helpful attitude convinced me it was worth about 16 hours on the road to confirm everything he told me about the Jeep was accurate. As it turned out, because of George, this was one of the easiest purchases I have ever made. George took care of all the details, explained everything in great detail, and made the buying experience worth every mile I drove to get there! Normally my dealings with car salesmen have ended less than satisfactorally, but I must say that George is a one of a kind Ace when it comes to car sales and customer satisfaction! I would make that drive again in a heartbeat in the future to deal with Nachbar because of him. We have spoken numerous times since the purchase with inquiries about how pleased we were with our purchase. Out of 5 stars I would rate my experience as at least a 6!

2012 Dodge Ram 1500

Jay was an excellent salesman, I told him what I wanted and could afford and he found me a truck that fits my needs and budget, he didn't try to "oversell" like many reps do. If you find an auto on Nachbar I highly suggest you talk to Jay. I love my new truck! If it wasn't for Jay working with me I wouldn't be in it now

Pleasant out-of-state experience

I found a car at a great price online at Nachbar Automotive and called to get more information. Kevin and George were very helpful, open, and honest. The car was fairly priced, so there was no need to negotiate that aspect. They were open to having the car inspected and having recalls repaired at the nearest dealer, then worked with me on exchanging paperwork by mail and email to have the car shipped to GA. I bought the car sight unseen in person, just relying on pictures. I'm very pleased with the car and would certainly recommend Nachbar to others.

Won't negotiate

Very nice looking dealership but do not go here unless you want to pay asking price. These guys don't negotiate even though their vehicles are overpriced.

Seems like all of our bad reviews come from people who do not purchase vehicles from us. We go to great lengths to make sure that our vehicles are priced fairly. In today's market place if you don't have a competitive price you will never succeed. Most people do exhaustive research online and then they choose to visit the dealers with the best value. When you accurately value vehicles based on miles, euiptment, and condition we have the best value. Sorry you felt it necessary to give us a 1-star review I strongly disagree. Kevin Nachbar

THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY!

What a FANTASTIC experience! Out of all the vehicle purchases I've done this one was by far the pinnacle! NO pressure, complete transparency, no BS! The car we were interested in was in immaculate condition and priced very fair! The entire purchase process from the time we walked in the door was less than an HOUR! These folks take every bit of pain and frustration out of the car buying experience and we will definitely be back! If you've ever had a bad experience at a car dealership- give these guys a chance, you won't be disappointed! You're not treated like a commission check here- you are treated like family! Huge kudos to the entire Nachbar family- you've got a GREAT thing going and you are changing the way people feel about car buying one happy customer at a time! THANK YOU!!

Happy Customer

I would highly recommend this car dealer!!! They were upfront, honest, kind, WITHOUT PRESSURE!!! One word of caution....anyone who expects to haggle, they will not. Their cars are in great condition, fairly priced, and low mileage!!! Great family place. Thank you Kevin and everyone at Nachbar Automotive!! I wish more car places were like you!!!!
