An elderly family member was taken advantage of by

An elderly family member was taken advantage of by Pohanka. He is 80 years old and is in cognitive decline. He was brought in by a homeless drug addict who found him while he was walking. Pohanka sold him a used car and added on insurance plans that he didn't need. He didn't understand that he was buying a car. This ran the cost of the loan up far in excess of the value of the car. This ended up costing an elderly man, with dementia, over 12k. When I talked with the general manager about this, he told me that the additional insurance could be refunded. He took our information and we never heard back from him. When I asked again about this, Pohanka's response was the to threaten me with defamation. This is the company you are dealing with when you choose to buy a car here.

Buyer Beware !

Buyer Beware ! Terrible customer service no warranty from dealer . Problem with car within the first week . Brought in for repair . A week later same problem . Never fixed it Have a bill for $971.00 from Acura . Pass the buck attitude ...... No one gets back to you .

Excellent Service

I recommend Pohanka Honda of Salisbury if you’re shopping for a new vehicle. I recently purchased my 4th Honda from there. Benitto Lake was my salesmen and I highly recommend him.

My experience buying a "new" used car

I was in the market for a "new" used car. I was fortunate enough to have Jeff Dale as my salesman. He was courteous, remembered our names, personable, professional and an all around please to work with. He made my first experience with purchasing a vehicle from a dealership an enjoyable one. I'd recommend him and Pohanka to friends and family.

Excellent service representative, Faye Daye

My husband and I own Honda cars, and have been going to Pohanka Honda for service for years. I love my service representative, who I request each time, Faye Daye. She is honest, hardworking, down to earth, and I trust her completely when it comes to our cars - generally, I am skeptical of car representatives and their motives, but not with Faye. And in general, all their representatives with whom I have interacted in the past are polite.

Wonderful Experience!!

My husband and I just moved to the area and needed a second car. After much shopping around, we found the service here to be exceptional. We especially enjoyed working with our sales rep, Taylor B. . . . he was so friendly, patient, honest and dedicated to helping us get the best deal!! The rest of the staff was also very personable; I would highly recommend this dealership!!
