    This is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, especially Adam Ricker. I have met with Adam multiple times before deciding to buy a car. He's the perfect sales person and doesn't rush you into make a purchasing decision. He provided quite a few options to choose from and was very knowledgeable of the product. Overall because of the relationship I built with Adam, I will continue to come to Audi Northlake of all my service and future purchases.

    Have been searching for a good value used A4 for awhile. Found a car at Audi Northlake and dealt with Richard Reynolds. He was not pushy, very informative, and very responsive. After taking delivery of my car, I had a slight problem. He / Audi Northlake took care of the issue promptly and supplied a service loaner. I would say that this experience has been very positive despite the problem and I would recommend Richard at Audi Northlake to anyone. - June

    Worst service and repair experience I have ever seen at a dealership. My daughter dropped her car off on a Thursday for repairs. She was promised the car would be finished before the end of the day. She had to call them to find out that they were not done with the car and it had to stay until the next day. Because she was inconvenienced she asked for a loaner and was told none were available. No one called her the next day to update her on the status of her car and she had to call them again. After she got her car back we found that it was something wrong with the car and it did not drive like it did before it was serviced. Therefore she had to take the car back to the service dealership for them to fix what they had done wrong. Again inconvenienced she had to leave her car overnight again with no loaner car available. Now I understand why I rarely take our cars to the dealers for service . Most of the time they over price for their work and the service is not great. I would expect better service from a dealership. Is there no customer satisfaction?
