Johan is the guy you want to speak with if you get your car serviced here, I had a few issues with my car he helped me understand what was going on and gave me a reasonable timeline to get it fixed

We purchased our 2017 Q5 at Audi Northlake in January

We purchased our 2017 Q5 at Audi Northlake in January 2021. The service they have provided us during the past four years has always been outstanding. Recently, after a two-part Oil Consumption Test, it was determined the pistons needed replaced. Fortunately, our car was still under warranty. Our Service Advisor, Michael Estrada, was wonderful. He provided us with a car and kept us informed during the time of repair, which made for a positive experience. The Service Manager, Matt Woods, and his team did an outstanding job. Thank you to all. I recently leased a new car from Audi Northlake and had an outstanding experience working with Rhyle Scott. From start to finish, Rhyle was wonderful to work with—transparent, knowledgeable, and thorough in explaining every detail. He made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth car leasing experience and would gladly work with him again in the future. I endured unfortunate circumstances, having my car stolen

I endured unfortunate circumstances, having my car stolen and eventually totaled. I tried to mentally prepare for the stressors of searching for another vehicle unexpectedly. Thank goodness that I met Rhyle Scott. He made this the smoothest process and put me in the vehicle that I wanted. From start to finish, I felt heard and that meant so much at a time like this. I couldnt recommend him and this service enough. 10 stars easy if I could!

It was the worst experience in buying a car. The salespeople were arrogant, lied to me and would not honor my requests for information.

Great service.

Great service. Great facilities. I waited while my vehicle was serviced. I needed to have two tires installed in addition to maintenance. Brad here did a great job of keeping me updated during the process.
