From the time we walked on the lot to look at their

From the time we walked on the lot to look at their luxury SUVs..we felt welcomed and our sales experience exceeded any other dealership. We ended up buying a 2025 QX80 Luxe Model..absolutely gorgeous car They went as far as bringing us the vehicle when we started the financing process. I can't say enough about the customer service. If you ever decide to buy a luxury vehicle please go to Crest Infinti..you will blown away with the service they provide.

From the moment I stepped out of vehicle for my service

From the moment I stepped out of vehicle for my service appointment, I was immediately greet by a friendly Crest Infiniti service writer, Andrew. He acknowledged my appointment and was very cordial. He reviewed what I was to have done and explained what I should expect. The service that he and Crest provided is a key reason why we are have bought multiple vehicles from and bring them back for service.

Crest is not good.

Crest is not good. They charged me (my wife, because she went to get the service done) $27 "Hazardous Material Repair Order Fee" for an oil change. All service is free in the first 3 years. My car is not 3 years old. Wheel alignments was also done, but it doesn't need hazardous material disposal afaik. This is pure and simple highway robbery. Never buying from Crest again. It's not a luxury dealership. They just need to sell Hondas.
