There whole Service Department is a Joke and all they want to do is Con Infiniti Customers out of there hard earned $$$$. I have noticed that they give... different service / attitude towards there Non white customers. They won't help you if you don't have there own Generic Service Contract. I dealt with Kevin H / Managing Business Manager and Randy / Service Director. They wanted me to pay to replace my tire even though I have a Service Contract for Tire protection. Randy, said since it takes 2/4 weeks to get reimburse by contract provider they want me to pay for tire now and I can get reimburse later. It's just an accounting issue. Run Flat Tires cost $400 each. As I am walking away there whole service Department bust out laughing at me, like they ran some Indian Guy off. They must feel better about them self for doing that. I have never witnessed anything like that in a place of business and I have been in USA for 30yrs. So 8/9 white guys bunch up together and run me off there place of business. If you are Indian / Hispanic / Asian / African I would reccomend that you stay away from this place. They are so Rude and unamerican. I must become white to come there if I need service on my vehicle otherwise they won't help..

I have been working with DJ since before the 2019 QX50 came out. He’s been patiently waiting for my to come around and has been literally the best dealer... person I’ve ever worked with. He was patient, understanding, honest, and so helpful. They understand the vehicle I wanted and worked hard to get me the exact QX50 I wanted. Not many dealerships will work on a customer for over 4 months! I was very impressed with the sales managers and finance office. Very transparent and straight forward. Crest Infiniti earned my repeat business for sure!
My experience with Crest Infiniti started at the Dallas Auto Show, where I was introduced to Tux Browning at the Infiniti display and spoke to him about... the Q50. He was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly, giving off a great first impression. After that I decided to set up an appointment to drive the car in person, and Tux was easy-going and didn't put any pressure on the test drive. I ended up purchasing a Q50, and Tux went above and beyond to ensure the transaction went seamlessly. I've bought a lot of cars, and honestly Tux is a best-in-class salesman that genuinely cares about his clients and goes the extra mile in each step of the process. The finance department was also a great experience, as the process was handled quickly and efficiently. The amenities (café, charging stations, putting green) are fantastic, and paired with the quality of staff this dealership is by far one of the best I've dealt with. I'd highly recommend working with them.

I looked online at Crest INFINITI and found exactly the QX80 we wanted. Tux Browning called me to see if I had any questions or would like to set up a... test drive. He had two cars waiting on us to see and drive. This was the coolest dealership I've ever had the pleasure of doing busIness with. They were customer service driven and accommodated our every need., including buying our lunch in the dealership cafe. They gave us exactly what we expected on our trade-in and made us feel like we are a part of the Crest dealership family. Awesome experience that I would recommend to anyone shopping for an elegant yet affordable vehicle. Our QX80 is probably the sweetest ride we have ever purchased in my 60 years! I didn't plan on purchasing a car that day... I had just begun the process of searching for a new car and was unimpressed with the selection at other dealerships... in the surrounding area. From the minute I walked into the Crest dealership I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. Keaton Hargett immediately assisted my father and I the minute we walked in. All I told Keaton was that I wanted to test drive the Infinity Q60. He asked me what I was looking for in a car (color, features, etc.) and I replied "white and with a great sound system." Within minutes, a white, 2017 Q60 was pulled up at the front with the music showcasing the wonderful sound system. How he knew I wanted black leather interior and a sporty look, I'll never know... but I was very pleased to say the least. The test drive was great and by the time I came back to the lot, I was sold! Keaton answered each and every question we had about the car and his knowledge of the vehicles definitely showed. He worked with my father and I on making my dream of taking that car home that same day, a reality. His warmth, professionalism, and great interpersonal skills made this the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Keaton stayed by our side for more than 4 hours... from negotiations to the pictures he took of me with my new car before I drove it off the lot. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase at Crest to go see Keaton. He was simply amazing. Not once did I feel like he was just about the money. That's what sold me.
